Good aircon. Near the city center and bus terminal.

Room is spacious and clean. Host is accomodating and gave clear check in details and instruction. The place is accessible and has a nearby grocery. We had a great stay.

It was accessible in terms of transportation. I liked it also coz it was near the Nuat Thai Tabuc Suba branch.
No available AC room when i booked, but since i really need a place to stay just for a night i grabbed the available one.The room was small, and it was located on the far inner end of the place, no enough ventilation since it was a fan room. The smell of the toilet reaches the room, since it is a shared bathroom and you are meticulous, this place is not for you. It was quite noisy especially if someone was using the kitchen coz it was literally adjacent to it as well as the toilet. In the website it shows that it was with a carpet which added to the vibe, but it was bare when i came in.

I must say it was a fantastic experience! The accommodation was not only comfortable but also surprisingly affordable. I had a peaceful and restful stay, and it didn't break the bank. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and budget-friendly option!

Cheap, literally by the street so convenient for public transport. staff were polite and accommodating. they allowed me to check in early.
passing jeepneys can be noisy at night. space are very limited too not just the room but the bathroom and toilet as well. the room sockets are also a bit far from the bed. i wish they have literally by the bedside since most people now are playing with their phones whilst in bed. this is less aesthetic compared to the pallet house in gran plains.

They have the worst customer service ever! I reached out to them in advance to inform them of my trip's challenges, but they didn't care! They just want to get more money from the guest instead of helping us. Such a disappointment! They have my money because I paid in advance but they didn't care about my requests at all. I will NEVER ever recommend this place to anyone.

It would be better if water heater would be available because the water is too cold especially in the morning.. But electric kettle is available so if you really wanted a hot water you can use it and boil a water as alternative 😅

The price was cheap (I paid 490 for a night) for a room with double deck bed. The instructions for the location and the check-in were accurate. The staff replied fast. Location was good enough.
The pictures in booking did not have toilet and shower pictures simply because they were not at all pleasant. The room was not clean. The fan had dust bunnies which made me sneeze. There were spider webs all over the place. The pillows smell old. They placed a room freshener scent that was also too strong. There was no drinking water provided. Some of the electrical sockets didn't work and were too loose. It was also hot because there was no proper ventilation. The window for the room didn't have any air flowing in. Also I think the entry on booking is wrong. Obviously there is no bathtub in the facility.
