The place is great! I enjoyed the room, the balcony is pretty amazing. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. Definitely recommend it

The penthouse suite had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and spacious. There were only two of us and we had more space than we could use. The valet service was very fast. The host is the quickest to respond out of anyone I’ve dealt with and is warm and personable. Would definitely stay again.

Great place

It was very clean, very accessible, and very large! We were not expecting this suite/condo to be so large, there was a lot of room, the master bathroom is enormous!

Great stay for the Holidays.

My wife and I spent a few days in Las Vegas on our way to Arizona for the winter. We booked our stay at The MGM Signature, and are very pleased we did. The Condo we stayed in is very nice, the plush carpeting, and furnishings are top of the line. Our host Kimia was very accommodating, and gave us everything we requested. We liked so much that we are staying in the same condo on our way back to Canada in the spring.

Beautiful Condo and Ideal Location as is a short distance to the MGM Grand. Lovely views from the penthouse floors. Very clean and tidy condo. Fitness center on the lobby level was a definite plus. The owner Kimia is very receptive and helpful. We plan to stay here again upon our return to Las Vegas.

Lovely decor, very clean, and all items you would need for your stay. Close to monorail (can access via indoor walkways to MGM). Very quiet-didn’t hear any other units. Valet parking is efficient but you really don’t need a car. Just budget for Uber or cab. Great value for Vegas!

Amazing location so close to the MGM Arena and spa. Great huge place with everything we needed. Host was wonderful. We will definitely be back again! View of the sphere from bedroom!

Very clean, affordable, well located apartment . Would highly recommend for those looking for their Vegas stay

From the moment we booked our stay with Kimia she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay a special one. Everything is exactly as described in the listing room was immaculately clean upon arrival. An additional bonus surprise is the Sphere is approximately 2/3 visible from the bedroom so we were able to enjoy the show it puts on at night. Definitely recommend booking your stay here and will most definitely come back.

Absolutely gorgeous pent house suite. Wonderful jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, beautiful interior, nice bedding and pillows, everything very clean, one and only desire would be to have patio furniture on the balcony that has such a lovely view. We really enjoyed this place. Thank you so much!!!

This is the place to stay in Las Vegas for a couple. Location is perfect for walking the strip, restaurants. Also easy in and out for driving. The condo was spotless, views magnificent, and having the kitchen with stocked coffee was a definite plus. Couldn't ask for more!

We Loved this condo! Everything was just as described and even better. The bedroom and Master Bathroom were even bigger than it appeared in the pictures. Each room had its own temperature control as well. Our family loved the space and location. We loved our view from the 31st floor, we enjoyed watching people at the pool and the planes take off, the planes are far away enough that the noise is never a problem. Having access to the condos pool was also nice if you just want a quick dip and dont want to go to the main MGM pool, although we loved the lazy river there as well, just bring your onw floaties if you can. Check in was quick and easy, there was a quick checkout, you just leave your signed card in the box on the way out if you like. Kimia was a perfect host, she checked to make sure everything was good and the 1 request we had for extra coffee pods was answered quickly and taken care of. The pull out bed in the living room has a firm mattress so you dont feel the bars on the bed, 1 adult and 1 teenager were comfortable on it and slept well, although they were a little jealous of our giant bedroom suite. The kitchen area has everything you need, we enjoyed having a full size fridge for drinks and leftovers. We will definitely stay in this condo when we come to Vegas! Book it, you wont be disappointed!!

To start, we could not have been any happier with this stay. The room is incredible. One bedroom suite, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and a pleasant view that overlooks Top Golf and the airport. Absolutely NO issues with room. The property manager was very responsive to any and all questions. The check in process with straight forward and incredibly easy. AND the location of the property made the MGM Grand and the south end of the strip easy to access. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, attractions, shows, all within walking distance. We also really appreciated being NEXT to a casino without having to be in a casino (if that makes sense). All the amenities of a resort without all the ding, ding, ding of slot machines and casino floor smoke. This was a 5 star stay in a 5 star room, and I will most certainly look to stay here again!! What a great home! Kimia is a superb host, and made sure we got everything we needed. Thank you!! The king bed in the bedroom is so comfortable, and the fold out sofa was pretty good too. Lots of space to spread out, huge master bath with ample counter space, various closet space & drawers in both the bedroom and living room, the extra 3/4 bathroom was great so we could get ready simultaneously. The kitchen was more than adequate for our needs, huge fridge with ice maker, everything works and was clean. Blender, toaster oven, kettle, keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave… The staff were all lovely, especially the valet parking guys, they were pleasant and gracious, despite me forgetting the car keys in my purse one day. Oops! We didn’t get a chance to use the pools & lazy river, the weather was so chilly we didn’t prioritize it. Bring a tube for the lazy river, it looked nice! Location is great for both walking to the strip and/or having a rental car for exploring.

Great property that is well stocked and nicely furnished. Easy indoor walk to plenty of dining options at MGM. Host was very responsive to questions ensuring everything went smoothly.

Love this place.and.hooefully we will be back soon. MGM Grand is the place for 10 K people to come together and mastermind.

We were two couples enjoying this very nice, clean, and convenient penthouse. It was stocked with everything we needed. Pictures are accurate. Only 1 drawback: the sofa bed. Very old school with a thin mattress and uncomfortable metal framing. Host is very gracious and quick to respond by text.

Wonderful experience and gracious, kind and helpful host. Everything was spotless. It is at the end of the hall so it is very quiet and peaceful. A real treat to come home to after all the noise of Las Vegas. The jacuzzi tub is marvelous. The beds are comfortable. Utilize the kitchen as the eateries in MGM are a bit expensive. If ever in LV again Kimia is the first one I will look to to rent her property.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The kitchen was pretty basic but was good for what we did. It was close to the things we wanted to do and lots of good restaurants just downstairs. The room was nice to hang out in and the bed comfortable.

Condo is really great, best unit I have stayed in at MGMS. Owner super nice and accommodating, everything went smooth and as advertised. MGMS is a long walk to everywhere or an Lyft ride, but it's really a small issue.

Nice room with a great view of city lights. I if you enjoy watching airplanes take off and land this is the room for you. I would definitely recommend this room.

This property was very nice and comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will be checking on availability on our next trip to Vegas.
