This was the safest place that I have ever stayed at in my life! the property area, stairwells, elevator and garage were clean and well maintained. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and generously supplied with everything. The location is bustling, and you would never know because the windows are so thick and keep the place quiet.

We loved this apartment, it was spacious and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you need. The smart TV was great and huge. The balcony was lovely and just like the picture with a side view to water and restaurant next door. We were right in the middle of town. Walking distance to supermarkets and shops/restaurants. Fabulous location.
3 free parking places around the corner, were easy to have for 3 days so we were pleased they were free and available.
We appreciated the lift for our luggage. And the washing machine and dryer were great. Plenty of wardrobe space.
The managers daughter met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful.
In order to have access to paid parking underneath the building you had to phone each time you needed access. This is difficult if you don't have a norweigan sim card for your phone and rely on wifi to call. So we couldn't use this option, luckily the free option was available for us
To meet for access to the apartment on arrival which was 9pm for us, we were asked to call on arrival which meant finding wifi in a local restaurant. Thankfully they arrived when we did from our estimated time of arrival from the airport.
I wonder if there is an alternative to this process for foreigners without a phone sim for Norway.
The lights were really hard to work out, some simple instructions might help here.

Lovely atmosphere, host was very helpful. The apartment is perfectly clean, as well as completely stocked up. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

we stayed for one night and forgot our headphone in the room..after few day we reallize that we forgot it..We contact host and ask them to check with cleaning person. Later on host inform us that they find it and are willing to send to us…We are still wait for it…but they are very nice hose.

Spacious, modern, very confortable apartment, in the center of Svolvaer. Shops, Restaurants and Cafes nearby. Parking garage in the building. Apartment and garage accessible by lift. The appartment is despite the central location very quiet.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing and drying inside the apartment.
The host was extraordinary friendly and supportive.

The accomodation was very spacious and we enjoyed being able to prepare own food.
Also had car parking on site.
It would have been nice to have a microwave to heat up some things and instructions to operate additional TV related facilities buy minor issue.

Perfect apartment overlooking the water and the fjords. Located right In the center of town, easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Host greeted us upon arrival and showed us the parking spot, accessible directly in the building, and to the apartment. The apartment has all the kitchen amenities to cook meals and feel like you’re at your home away from home.

Beautifully clean with everything that you need for a home away from home. All modern appliances and furnished tastefully throughout.

Very nice modern decorated room with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Location in the heart of the city on the promenade, but very quiet! Washer and dryer available! Own paid underground parking with lift access directly to the door of the room! RECOMMENDED!!!

Apartment was very clean. We want to purchase the sleeper sofa - it was that comfortable! The washer and dryer were very effective and dried clothes extremely quickly. Wifi was fast and TV was amazing quality. A very upscale, luxurious apartment!
Apartment was a little difficult to find - there was no sign and we had to call to find the reception desk. We had to pay for parking. Blinds in bedroom were slightly damaged and let some light in.

It would be helpful to have an instruction booklet for the apartment to include restaurant info and the option of a food basket - bread, eggs, milk on arrival.

The host is a very kind man, he showed up very quickly to show us the apartment and handle the keys.
The apartment is well equipped, clean, everything looks new, perfect for a couple who wants to cook their food
