Tubkaek beach is absolutely fantastic! The hotel benefits from a gorgeous view on the sea with the small islands of the Phang Nga bay. Sunsets are stunning! Clean big rooms with confortable beds and nice view. We liked the jacuzzi on the balcony. Excellent breakfast still with the view on the bay. Staff was nice and helpful.

Some facilities could be renovated. The swimming pool is quite old and not as good as before (jacuzzi in the pool no longer working).

Beach is stunning as is the mature trees and fauna that blend the resort in with its beautiful natural surroundings.

After 2 years of COVID some areas could do with a lick of paint but this did not distract from the overall feel of relaxed luxury

Accommodation in the hotel was very nice, nice staff always ready to answer your questions, breakfast standard hot and cold buffet, excellent fruit especially watermelon and dragon fruit. I was very pleased with the pleasant live music in the evening at the restaurant on the beach. A quiet beach with a wonderful view. I recommend renting a scooter and driving around the neighboring villages. The perfect destination for Dragon Crest National Park.

Overall buildings and facilities are a bit too old/requiring maintenance, food at the beach restaurant is highly priced for what it delivers. The type and quality of the music around the pool/restaurant area could also be improved. Overall we feel the hotel is overpriced

Absolutely fantastic location on a peaceful beach away from the main hub of Krabi. The property is stunning and great value for the price! We were staying as part of our honeymoon and received an upgrade to the pool facing room which was a really nice surprise. Loved loved love the breakfast! The whole resort had such a great atmosphere - perfection!

Could use some more beach beds at front but everything else is perfect!

I went back for the 4th time. everything was good, the property has a nice beach and accommodation rooms.

Restaurant service is very slow and confused when taking the orders. language might be a barrier.

Staff was great, restaurant had high Quality, the spa really great, rooms were fantastic. I loved the smell at the hotel. Tupkaek beach is a real paradise as not so much people as for instance Ao Nang.

Only thing lacking were more and better sunbeds, bean bags etc on the beach. The places nearby had better there. I also got really tired of the music selection at the hotel and the live music

Loved the beach location, the friendly helpful staff, tha atmosphere. Loved the family room with 2 Queen bed layout, super cleanliness, and thoughtful touches such as umbrellas, carry bag,, toothbrushes, tissues, mosquito screens, plentiful sockets. Good breakfast choice, beautiful views across Andaman sea. On site spa (good but expensive).

No procedures to deal with rowdy guests, restaurant service haphazard with long waits for some items onthe same order. Room cleaning was unpredictable and between 3 and 6,just when one wanted to be in the room. Lots of stairs, no lifts. TV not working. Extension lead not working. Villas need maintenance.

We were told it would cost 800 baht per night to hire an extra blanket for our room! I though that was ridiculous.

Very limited long boat activity. Beautiful peaceful beach. Fabulous helpful staff. Loved our private room.

Breakfast could have been better

Very nice and big room with 2 king size beds. Nice location, nice beach and nice pools.

The breakfast was a bit poor, but there were not too many guests, so couldn't show their usual well rated breakfast

Family room was perfect for us. Beach nice. Staff friendly.

The place is nice, clean and good staff.

The location. It is far away form shops or any other life except the hotel restaurant which is very expensive. If you need to go to the first village for a shop or other restaurant it costs 600 baht (20 euro) for a taxi. Good if you want quietness but no access to any markets, shops or entertainment

Really lovely hotel, amazing room, and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was literally on the beach and was beautiful.

Sadly, they didn't inform us that they were doing renovations during the green/off season which meant one of the pools was closed and loud work was being done on it all day. And next door there was some others building a new property - which we were not told about either. The works next door are not their fault, but they didn't tell us and it meant we were unable to rest by the beach or the pool due to the noise all day. The good thing is we got a refund right away and we left.
