Lovely property. Addressed all needs for a large group.

The house was about 8-10 minute walk to beach and shopping. We had plenty of privacy and a great swimming pool with hot tub. The kids greatly enjoyed and hung out in the game room on bottom level. Everyone wants to come back!

We had a great stay in Summer Breeze. It is a beautiful home. There were a few hiccups. The house wasn’t ready until 5:30 because the cleaning crew was running behind. I’m not sure if that led to it not being cleaned as well. The refrigerator on the main floor seems to get warm easily. We had to empty it twice because it was warmer than it should’ve been and we were concerned about food spoiling. Overall it was a great place and perfect for an extended family of 14. Sandy is definitely very responsive when we reached out to her before and during our stay.

Great house. As advertised

Excellent vacation property Only issue is stair rail at front of property is loose at bottom connection. Broken thermostat was fixed same day as reported. Everyone in the family enjoyed the property.

Sandy was so helpful prior to our arrival sharing info about the house and area. The house is beautifully decorated and well laid out. Our favorite part was the screened in porch. Master bedroom and bathroom is such a treat with the bed being so comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. We were very comfortable as a large family of 11 adults and 4 toddlers. The walk to the beach was easy and we are grateful for our time together.

From the initial inquiry to checking out, most favorite rental we've ever had - bar none! We've been coming to the island for 27 years for family reunions and special holiday gatherings. Tremendous house - location, size, furnishings/decor, privacy. The most important thing for us was to be able to bring our dog - to be able to stay in a house like this and the owners allow pets - extraordinary. THANK YOU for a special anniversary trip! We will be returning

Fast and easy with great communication.

This is our 4th group vacation with our friends. We are all volunteers at a grief recovery camp for children and most have been together there for 20+ years. This was the perfect property for us. We need a combination of couples rooms and singles accommodations and it worked perfect for the 13 of us. There was a little blip in reaching the owner when we had air conditioning issues on the main floor but it was quickly resolved and everything was great. The new awning over the pool is a great touch. The kitchen is well stocked and we had a very lovely time there.

We had a great time! six adults, two kids, and one dog. The pool was a great hit, as we’re all the games down in the basement-ping-pong and the like. The elevator was very helpful but was tricky to operate. Conveniently located to all the things people want to do in Hilton Head, including the beach.

This beautiful home lived up to our expectations! We had ample room, the beach was close by, the pool was great - just an amazing time had by all! We will be back!

This house is beautiful! The owner's really hit all the marks when they planned this house. It is great for multi-generational families or even a couple families wiith kids. Plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of each other. We were a family of 13 with 2 dogs and the elevator was a huge plus for my 84 year old father. The fenced yeard was great for the dogs and tehre was enough grass for the dogs to do their business. Having a tv in each bedroom, great room, screened in porch and pool was a HUGE plus! While we loved the pool area, especially at night, we were never able to use the spa to it's full extent. Lights and waterfall are on a schedule controlled by the owner and the jets never worked. Owner stated that you could manually control jets, lights and waterfall but we were never able to manually control them. Be aware that there are only 10 beach towels supplied so if you have more than 10 in your party, bring your own from home. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided were not in the best of shape, rusted, dirty and moldy. Seems like there were a lot of pool toys there that were left behind by previous guests that did not work. If you use the beach cart to take things down to the beach, be prepared to use all your muscle to push the darn thing in the sand. We were exhausted just trying to get it through the sand. Regardless, we had a great time at this house and would stay again!

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The owners were so responsive and the house was set up for everything you could ever need! Our group ranged from 2-90 and everyone had a blast! Especially thankful for the pool, awning, elevator, and amazing screened porch.

Loads of room for all ages. Lovely decor and detailed with all guests’ needs in mind. The whole family enjoyed their vacation.

Our group had a great week in this home. We found the property to be everything it advertised to be according to the listing...new, clean, spacious, equipped. We would definitely return here for a future vacation.

This house is even better in person than the pictures. The owners are helpful, responsive, and reasonable. We were an inter-generational group of 16. The grand parents, parents, and college age group all enjoyed this property equally as well. The location is outstanding and the condition of the property is outstanding. It’s a pleasant 4 block walk to a beautiful quiet unguarded beach. You can have rental bikes delivered and enjoy miles and miles of paths, as well as a quick 10 minute ride to town- the Coligny area- for ice cream or to pick up fresh local seafood. Overall a safe and relaxing upscale vacation.

The house was new and well maintained with many amenities. The location was great and was very centrally located. It was near shopping, restaurants, and walking distance to a great beach.

This is our favorite vacation property that we’ve ever stayed in…. (We travel A LOT too) We look forward to returning for a longer stay…

Summer Breeze is the perfect family vacation home! We highly recommend it!! We brought our golden retriever with us and she agrees!! We loved the hot tub, pool and screened in porch so much. The decor is lovely and entertainment was fun as well. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We hope to be back again.

The house was in a good location and comfortable for the adults as long as you don't need to use the bunk room. Plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. On the downside, we were there for over Thanksgiving and the dishwasher was not in working order, we had to lift out the bottom tray in order to load or unload as the wheels were missing which was a nuisance when you're cooking for 15. The owner was aware of this but told us that she still considered it a working appliance and wasn't able to fix it so that we didn't have to do this. There also wasn't enough capacity for the trash as we had a big group. The owner did reply promptly but there weren't enough bins for a large group and the cans were full when we got there.

One of the best locations on the island. The house was spacious and beautiful. We had a wonderful time. Over eight televisions in the house with only ONE cable box in the main living room, the rest were internet streaming only. If you like to grill outside, ask if she could have the grill cleaned before you arrive, it was not for us. Primary bathroom bath was gorgeous but be prepared to bathe in the dark unless you want to give a show to the neighbors (no blinds). I recommend renting bicycles, it was a lot of fun. We would not rent a golf cart again. The rental company did not honor her 15% discount as she advertises. You might want to confirm that the house was thoroughly cleaned, it was not for us. It was not awful, but many details were missed. My 70-year-old mother had to use the stairs a lot due to very temperamental elevator. Paid extra to heat pool but had some issues with it, the owners responded quickly. All in all, we would stay there again.

Perfect place for our family to get away to relax and spend quality time together. Great setup for large group. Absolutely LOVED the outdoor spaces!! Comfortable and lovely furniture. Loved the fact that the owners spent the extra money for large tvs, nice dinnerware, and even the added bonus of a printer. Sandy was the perfect host!!

My family had a wonderful week at Summer Breeze. The house was beautifully decorated, the pool was amazing, and the yard was beautifully landscaped. We loved the location and enjoyed biking to the beach and shops. I highly recommend this exquisite property!

Our family just spent a week at Summer Breeze. We have 3 adult children with spouses, a 1 year old and 2 dogs. The home is absolutely beautiful. We spent much of our time in the pool or the beach which was a short walk down the street. We did rent a golf cart otherwise carrying chairs, toys, tent, etc would be difficult. The house was perfect for our group as each couple had their own room and bathroom and there were 2 rooms of bunk beds, one of which was used for the baby. The dogs enjoyed the freedom of a fully fenced in area to roam. There was a wonderful screened in porch off the kitchen with a comfortable sofa & chairs, large screen TV and large table/chairs for dining. The pool area was spectacular with a large table/chairs where kids worked remotely and pool side sofas as well as 2 lounge swings and a large screen TV. They also had 2 large sliding glass doors with screen sliders into the garage from the pool patio where there was ping pong table, and other games for fun family competitions. Our only complaints were the construction going on next door. We were hoping it would be near completion but it was not. So there was a lot of noise from trucks and workers that could be heard when we were in the pool. However by next month I’m assuming this will no longer be an issue. And the other issue was the spa. We were unable to control the heat and/jets ourselves. We had to contact the owners every time we wanted to use it. Being a new build they were still figuring out how to use the app to control the spa and therefore we only used it one evening successfully the night before we left. On our last full day there, they had a pool service install some controls so that future renters will not have the issue we had. However the buttons were not working the day we tried them. This issue is still one they are working to fix. Both Sandy and Steve responded to our issues in hopes to help resolve them. We would definitely rent this home again for future vacations to HH.

The house is absolutely beautiful! The set up for families is perfect! Great location! The home owner was very nice and easy to work with. The only downside was the construction going on right next door. It was a little loud especially in the mornings. The work trucks blocked the driveway getting in and out since it’s a shared space which was a little inconvenient but the workers were very nice to move their trucks. We didn’t use the pool in the back yard which was a shame because of the noise and all of the workers that were there. I’m assuming the house will be done soon and that won’t be an issue anymore. We would definitely rent again when the construction is finished. It certainly did not stop us from having a great time!
