The room smells smoke, there was not water and WFi during the night, the bathroom looks old and not so clean.

Decent room at an ok price.

Didn't care for the fact they tried to ask me for a new price (89BGN) and I had to explain I booked well in advance under a different price (79BGN). That's just unprofessional.

The breakfast was very good and the room very nice and tidy

The toilet door was a bit broken and wouldn't close at all and we didn't have a good view

The hotel was small, but very clean. The room was comfortable and the staff were very polite.

They were very nice into letting us eat breakfast on the terrace since we were with our dog. Close to the center. Big rooms.

The lady at the reception did not speak very good English. We arrived at 12 midnight, very tired and it took her 20 minutes to do our check-in. When we entered the room only the sheet and the pillows were on the bed. We had to make our own bed (put the blankets inside the sheets) and you can imagine how unpleasant that is when you arrive so late. We did rate it a nice 8 because they were nice enough to bring us the food on the terrace in the morning, but the experience when we arrived was not very nice.
