Great staff & restaurant. location worked well

very small room about 1.5m wide. more like a train carriage. tiny window looking at car park. tiny lounge area for your luggage but the window was too high to see out of. This area was also the staff changing room and loo. Bunk beds hard to access. very poor when we had booked rooms with ensuite loo & shower & Mountain View’s. think our room was designed as a storage cupboard but they squeezed in 2 bunks. I should have asked for the better looking chalets. my mistake

First and foremost, the people are very helpful. They did everything to make our stay pleasant and easy. Breakfast was simple but great - cereals, yogurts, fresh bread and jam/honey. For lunch and dinner, everything on the menu looks delicious and we were very happy with what we ordered. The outdoors is very nice - you can play badminton, ping-pong, football. You can hike around, many trails in the forest or villages.

Everything was great. The food was perfect and the staff very friendly

We had the tiny house nr20. Very cozy and quiet. The restaurant and the breakfast are very good and the price for the meal is ok (Swiss standards ;-)) The equipment is basic, but sufficient, the restaurant very modern and well kept.

Nothing really, but beware when you're there and it's raining. Then the tiny house will soon be too small. But perfect for a stop-over as we did.

Excellent location, clean, good breakfast and if you want to, you can have diner at the restaurant in the evening. Great valse for money.

Water not always available in the wash basin or shower. But did not bother us very much as we only stayed for a night.

very strict check in time. we arrived a bit earlier due to less traffic than expected. we were not allowed to check in and had to wait outside.

Comfortable stay, and good location from Gottard Pass. Very friendly staff, excellent food.

at the foot of the san Gottardo pass. good simple food even if they forgot about us for a whole hour.

room was very small and the top bunk had no protection from falling out (from over 1.8m). the youngsters were smoking underneath our window and their cigarette smoke was drifting into the window. it was far too hot to close it.

Supernice staff and clean property! Good value for being Switzerland.

rye breakfast was very simple. missed cheese and juice for the kids.

Very nice personal we have been many times only that last time we received a very small room with 2 beds that the one above was not very save.

The toilet was not private was public and to many insects inside the toilet .

The location is amazing, the staff super friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the area outside well maintained.

The room we had wasn't well isolated as it comes to noice, so we got woken up few times by the neighbor.

A truly unique experience, your own wooden cosy cabin in the Swiss alps with amazing views , surrounded by peace and tranquility, with warm, friendly and attentive hosts and great food both breakfast and dinner! all at a reasonable (Swiss) price.
