המלון ממוקם באיזור מושלם, היה לי נוף לים למרות שלא ביקשתי וזה היה מושלם. הצוות נורא נחמד ועזרו לי בכל מה שביקשתי ואפילו נתנו לי לבצע צ'ק אין מוקדם ללא תשלום. המיטה הייתה נוחה רק חבל שהייתה מחוברת משתי מיטות החדר היה מאובזר בכל מה שצריך. חדר נוח ויש בו מרחב ואין צפיפות. בנוסף הספא היה מדהים ומומלץ לכל מי שמגיע למלון

They rebooked us to the light house for the same money and gave us a room on 12th floor with an awesome view ! The breakfast was great as well!

Это было волшебно! С момента заказа номера, всё выглядит дорого и богато. Красивое электронное письмо, с вариантами чекина онлайн и предложениями об улучшении отдыха, вплоть до сексуальных игрушек. Местоположение очень хорошее. 5 минут до моря и 5 минут до Дизенгоф, где море наилучших едален. Вежливая и дружелюбная Мария на ресепшене, предложит вам лучшее обслуживание, а так же бокал шампанского. И поможет в любом вопросе, что нам было очень полезно. Ну и конечно же, можно с любимыми животными, что перекрывает любые другие варианты, в Тель Авиве.

На завтраке, человек который жарит омлеты, не пользуется перчатками, просто руками хватает и рвёт кусками сыр в омлет, при чем берет его прямо из сервировочной тарелки, от куда набирают шипцами постояльцы.

Room was artsy and bed was super comfortable. Staff were extra friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Beautifully designed hotel, perfect location just 5 min walk to the beach. The male receptionists are very helpful and always tries to satisfy guest requests. In my personal opinion a lady who’s manager at this hotel is their huge advantage, she really took care about our comfortable stay and is actively taking care of the relationship with guests. It was a real pleasure to meet her and discuss. In general very pleasant stay, our holidays were truly wonderful 🤍

The outdoor facilities were not clean (bathtubs) and sun beds could be washed sometimes.

The design or the hotel was interesting. the welcoming reception staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel has not provided any information on the fact that there is a big construction site making everything very inconvenient. from access to hotel, to the fact that the rooms are very poor cleand, windows were so dirty you could barely see from the room, first night the air conditioning in the room was not working (it was 30 degrees at 1 am outside), elevators were always slow and not properly working. definitely not the quality it was advertised in the photos and what we thought we paid for.

Service nul Nous n’étions pas contents de notre petit déjeuner. En effet, c’était très très long et complètement désorganisée. Toutes les tables arrivées après nous étaient servies avant nous, nous n’avons jamais eu d’entrées, le dessert (cake à la banane est arrivé au début). Nous les avons appelé plusieurs fois à table la serveuse, elle nous disait qu’ils allaient ramener le reste, mais rien du tout. Lors du check out, nous en avons à faire informer l’accueil, et ils nous ont dit vraiment désolé. Réponse vraiment nulle venant de l’accueil. Je ne m’attendais pas du tout un service aussi catastrophique. ce jour-là, il y a énormément de gens qui étaient mécontents comme nous. Je n’y retournerai pas, et je ne le conseillerai pas.

The room was big, and the design and the location were nice

There was no mention anywhere that the single bed was a folding/sofa bed. It's absolutely horrible!!! The sheets had dirt and strange marks on them. The bathroom is very small, and the showerhead is way aggressive. At night, there were kids running up and down the hall, making a lot of noise, and the hotel staff did nothing about it. When asking for a pillow and blanket, i was told that the room beside me asked for the last one and that i should manage without. Front dest was almost not reachable by phone, and i had to walk downstairs every time i needed something. During check-in,aside from charging me, i wasn't given any information such as breakfast time, check-out, shabbat candles, etc. Brekfest was the worst!!! We waited 1 hour for our eggs for 40 minutes for salads and coffee, which i was not allowed to get myself. I ended up filling up on bread and wasting 2 hours of my time. It was also super minimalistic/cheap, and the service was bad. Id they can't manage breakfast service, i really dont wanna know what happens in the evening. Also, when complaining about it to the front desk, i was again told to manage.. this seems to be the hotel moto. Finally, on saturday i called the front desk asking for a late checkout which got approved till 16:00 and then around 13pm i got a phone call from the front desk saying it wasn't, who did i talk to, we will check.. miss communication between the hotdl staff around the entire stay put a damper on our stay and was also very timr consuming. Will never come back, nor will i recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a complete waste of money. Surly, there are way better options in Tel-Aviv.

NIce boutique hotel with a fabulous chef restaurant attached called Deborah.

Nothing really around that part of Tel Aviv, some run down shops. Parking was difficult but all this may get better when the road works out the front is finished.

The room in itself is nice and well decorated

- very poor WiFi, continuously breaking up - we stayed on the first floor and “enjoyed” the very loud music of the below restaurant (the guy at the front desk said the could do nothing about it as this restaurant is not connected to the hotel which is nonsense as breakfast is being served their as well) - staff is not recognizable as hotel staff and does not seem to have had any hospitality training (just walking around in jeans, sneakers as such) - reception desk consists of two bureau deskswith two computers and staff paying more attention to their phones then to their guests - barking dogs from adjacent hotel rooms - chairs on the sun desk were full of stains - breakfast menu handed out on a printed paper. The menu itself was very mediocre - even during day time the music of the restaurant was dominating the lobby I raised a complaint on the app of the hotel on especially the noise during evening/night time. They responded they were very busy at the moment…. Hence I m still waiting for a descent answer.

It was perfect.

The staff was really nice, the hotel is near to the beach and the breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I love it. The jacuzzi area from 3 floor was really nice and relaxing

Staff at front desk was rude and every time you asked a question it was as like you were disturbing them. They were always on their phones.

There was construction going on from 1 in the morning !!!!! Till later. Never slept for two nights!!!! The noise was unbearable!!!!!!
