We just left Terra Rosa after spending two nights there and we already want to come back. Loved everything about the place: the interior, the room, the outdoor areas, the service, the breakfast, the atmosphere. Excellent hotel!!

We couldn’t be happier. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The design of the entire property was extremely stylish. We can highly recommend this property.

It was quite warm and airco would have made it a bit more comfortable but since we loved everything else about it we were able to overlook the fact that there was no airco.

Beautiful setting and restored set of properties on winery. Each space has been designed and brought to life thoughtfully with a minimalist interior design with Portuguese accents. Multiple gardens, sitting areas, and pool amongst orange trees. Guests are free to wander and enjoy in peace. Wonderful, kind service. Comfortable beds, quality linens & towels. A short 15-20 min drive to Ponte de Lima with nice local shops & restaurants.

Air flow & natural light in the rooms can be a bit challenging as there is only 1 window on upper level room. It would be nice to have a outdoor chair on the upper level rooms outside the entrance for a morning coffee etc. A few additional meal menu options would be wonderful if planning to stay on the property to eat.

so serene and all details thought through. we also had lovely weather, so many nice places to hang out and explore outside.

restaurant options were limited and felt a bit pricey for the area. not sure how enjoyable it would be if the weather was not nice

the moment we arrived to the hotel we were immediately welcomed by a warm and comforting staff that made sure that made us feel part of the family. Francisco (The owner) himself gave us a private tour sharing his family legacy and fascinating history of great wineries. The hotel had a very authentic, warm and yet top notch design. The whole property was sitting on a beautiful urban garden surrounded with vineyards equipped with a warmed swimming pool, bar, and a top dining room.

Our stay at Terra Rosa was an absolute delight. The property is beautiful - situated amongst gorgeous vineyards. The pool is lovely and the rooms luxurious. The staff were all really friendly. The breakfast and wine were delicious. We had the best time and hope to come back again!

This hotel is a hidden gem. From the moment you drive up the estate, you are completely taken in by the beauty of the surroundings - the vineyards around you and the amazing architecture. The buildings have been beautifully restored and the design is impeccable. It was so amazing just sitting in the courtyard under beautiful tree, having a tasty meal and sipping on the house rose while watching the kids pick oranges from the orange trees or chase the robot lawnmower :) The service was outstanding. Thank you to Cristina for making our stay so wonderful and for leaving us a basket of food to take with us on our 4am departure. The service was so personal. Even the owner and his daughter were there multiple days welcoming guests and giving tours of the property - which my architect husband was super excited about. The nice surprise was that they were super kid friendly - my 2 year old and 4 year old loved staying at this hotel!

It would be amazing to have a few more dinner options at the hotel.

It is a jewel set in the middle of green vineyards. Every corner of the estate is beautiful and the extremly welcoming owner family and staff make sure that every minute feels special. Currently, they only have 7 rooms making for a very intimate setting. We regretted not having booked longer.

Everything was a 10 star. One of the best places where we ever stayed. Its luxury with simplicity together, with extremely good taste, using high quality materials, from bed linnen to bathroom towels. All details are cared for and you can see the amount of personal dedication from the owners into making this still working wine quinta into a gorgeous country house.The owners (Eliana and Sr. Francisco) treated us like family and Cristina was the kindest person always to make our stay a great experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, their wines are top and the food was delicious! If we could we would move in 😀 thank you for all the efforts and we will return without a doubt.

We loved our stay. The calm felt, the quality of the spaces, the attention to detail, the combination of existing buildings with the decoration, the friendliness of all, is priceless!

The hotel is beautiful. The service is very personalized and from the moment you arrive you feel welcomed and immediately relaxed. The place is idyllic, and every detail in it well thought. The guests are pampered and well received. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and as it is a small hotel, very quiet (even with children around). My children loved the pool, running around the state, and our favorite, the picnic the hotel organized for us next to the river, is highly recommended. Walking through the vineyards, or cycling around the state are other recommended activities. Breakfast was great, we tried the lunch and it was also simple but tasty and special. There is not restaurant for a late dinners, as the restaurant service closes early, but there are restaurants closed by where you can enjoy a nice meal with a view (i.e. Ponte de Lima). I would definitively go back and I think this place is equally great for families, couples, or even to travel on your own.

The ice cream. Other than that I cannot see anything that was not "perfect".
