It’s about 20 minutes drive from Sorrento and a bit longer to the south coast.

The location is very close to the bus that takes you to the most of the the islands,restaurants pharmacy and supermarket around the hotel.

Breakfast was good, the room was a good size and very clean. Cleaned every day. Staff very friendly and professional. It felt very safe near the hotel with a bus stop right next to it so easy to get bus down to Sorrento centre and back.

Nice and big rooms, old fashioned but comfortable. staff super kind. Parking for the car. From my room I could have a nice view of the garden/swimming pool and you could spot the sea in the landscape.

Breakfast a little bit poor. There were some drilling noises at 9am on Saturday morning… not the best wake up call, even tho they tried to keep it as quiet as possible

Very nice buffet breakfast and a great location between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Very clean hotel and the swimming pool is a bonus in the summer months. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries and gelato shops within walking distance. Free parking also a plus.

Generally quite a pleasant stay. It is an older building so you will not find some of the modern amenities of a new hotel. Public transport in this area is limited and can be difficult to understand - you may need to travel to Sorrento for busses to the Amalfi Coast, for example.

The staff were amazing! Every single one of them, from the receptionist when I first arrived after being upset having been in a taxi for 1 hour and a half (the taxi took a group to Positano before taking me to the hotel, and then wanted to charge me 70€, and wouldn't take less than 60) to the man who fixed my bathtub (one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for a bathtub), to the kitchen staff who prepared decaf coffee for me, etc. etc. The staff members, every single one, were excellent. After the experience with the taxi, the staff were careful to explain how I could buy a bus ticket and where to find the stops.

The location. The booking.com location noted that it was close to the train station. I was looking for two things: inexpensive and close to the train station. The hotel was NOT close to the train station (more than a half-hour away), and I spent over 100€ on taxis. In a message before I arrived, I was told I could take a taxi or a bus to the hotel, but being in a city I hadn't been to before I wasn't comfortable depending on the bus situation. I learned it quickly, and it is easy, and I believe it should have been better explained to me beforehand. When you tell someone (as the message I got) take a taxi or a bus, it would have been important to know that there is a minimum 60€ difference in those options!!!! I lived in Rome for 6 years, and had an annual bus pass. I wasn't sure where to buy tickets for the bus, but the message should have said (unheard of in Rome), you can buy tickets on the bus. So to sum up: I was looking for a hotel near the train station, that is why I searched that filter, and inexpensive, as I am 74 living on a pension in Southern Italy. I didn't get a hotel near the train station and with the cost of the taxis, it wasn't inexpensive. I was visiting my well-to-do niece who was there with her financé for a wedding.

The staff are very helpful, nice swimming pool, great breakfast and very good size rooms even quite tacky.

Room needs a refurbishment. Everything very old, toilet, windows and doors and air-conditioning not working properly.

Breakfast was very good, staff were very helpful. Location was excellent. Not close to a beach, but the pool more than made up for that.

I liked it quite old but I had been there 22 years ago so I didnt mind, shower very small ,cleaners so kind made the bed every day ,breakfast lovely lots of variety, pool fab ,reception staff lovely and friendly I
