Good food taste and much improved pastries for breakfast. Staff are always amazing and exceptionally attentive. Thank you. Would stay again and again. Loved the Sunday entertainment- young and fresh band. 👌🏿 I generally love this hotel, perfect location in close proximity to the city, a good hanging out place with friends, family, quiet but central. Love all the modern amenities with a touch of my motherland Africa throughout. I could stay here again and again. 😜😁 My 9 year old daughter loves it, and this is our second stay here.

Breakfast selection seems less than my previous stay about a year ago.It's still really good and tasty. The pool location could have been a bit private, especially for staying guests given that you have walkins all the time. It is likely to be the reason it is hardly used. I still used it with my children, and it is a good size and clean. I had to ask for an extra drinking glass and toilet paper given that the room was booked for two and when the staff brought the second glass, again came with one despite me asking for 4 due to extra guests on my second night. 😑 The price was a little steep for my two nights, than I had originally booked and only told about the discounted rate on checking in.

het ontbijt was verzorgd, ruim assortiment gemengd "Westers" en Afrikaans". Verwacht nou niet alle mogelijke varieteiten in cereals en lactose-vrije melkvarianten. Fruit is lokaal (mango/papaya/ananas). Het hotel is nog eerder kleinschalig, internationaal maar toch nog eerder huiselijk.

het hotel restaurant is open aan het mooie terras, kan je ook buiten eten. Nadeel is dat er vaak veel harde Afrikaanse turbo-rap gespeeld wordt, hetgeen niet altijd wenselijk is tijdens de maaltijd. Ook is vaak harde muziek 's avonds, omdat het hotel ook op de sociale kaart staat van de beter gesitueerde jonge mensen uit Kampala

Food was on the whole excellent. Fresh, well presented, versatlile menu and main chef was particularly helpful in meeting our dietary requirements. Service in dining area so friendly, helpful and efficient. Main barrister and barman was also excellent. Coffee particularly good and loved the bottomless cup concept. Rooms comfortable, modern, compact and completely adequate.

Repetitive music, and loud live bands/ party music on weekends which compete with music track in dining room and disturb the otherwise lovely ambience.

Très bonne hotel je peut pas dire de mauvais chose, toute était bien et je a passe un semaine calme et culmine avec succès. Pays bien et sur que on va revenir.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes und höfliches Personal, schnelle Antworten im Booking App Chat, komfortables Bett. Wunderbare Terrasse mit vielen Pflanzen und tollem afrikanischer Deko wo man gleichzeitig essen kann. Coole Musik.

Booking.com verlangt Preisaufschlag für Upgrade, welches gar kein Upgrade wäre. Weil noch eine Arbeitskollegin einen Tag später dazukam wollte ich von einem single zu einem twin Zimmer wechseln. Die Zimmer wären genau gleich teuer wenn man sie im Hotel direkt bucht, darum hat mich das Hotel am ersten Tag auch in ein single Zimmer mit Doppelbett einquartiert, Aufpreis musste ich aber trotzdem bezahlen. Ausserdem sind sowohl Booking App und Online Plattform des Hotels nicht genug flexibel um nachkommende Gäste zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt einzuchecken ohne dass gleich eine neue Reservierung gemacht werden muss obwohl man ja das Zimmer teilen will. Airport shuttle ist mit $50 nicht gerade billig, aber die Strecke ist auch weit und das Auto komfortabel.
