Nice mid sized friendly resort.

The food was very good except desserts. There was no real variety and they were not replenishing it. Lounge chairs around the pool and seaside are in dire need of replacement.

It s so comfortable, all dishes were amazing and so delicious. Almost 24 h nice food and cocktails. All alcohols and drinks are well branded. The most important thing was all stuff was so motivated and dedicate to customer satisfaction. They r giving their full effort to make the great time for customers.

I liked that unlike all inclusive hotels it was relatively smaller and more accessible and easier to move around not having to worry that you are missing something at some other corner. Also because I was with my entire family finding each other was very fast and easy. What I enjoyed was the fact that the management of the hotel understood english which has become extremely rare in Turkey. Ms. Eda Biceroglu was very nice and polite in terms of my concerns stated in my dislikes of this hotel. The Restaurant Captain Mr. Mahmut Yuksel was also very kind and provided a great service.

I was very unhappy with the hotel as they kept pushing for the payment prior to my arrival which was the first time in 20 years of traveling and more importantly traveling to turkey. Please refer to my communications with the reservations office of this hotel via booking. Note that my suggestions were never answered and I kept getting standardized emails. Funny enough at the end they had issues with their payment system and I was allowed to pay upon arrival which was what I had suggested in the first place.

I liked staff the most and the service entirely. The food was almost exceptional.

Young people working at reception desk were always smiling, but not really helpful and understanding. The staff should improve their foreign languages speaking skills. At some point of our stay, hotel was overcrowded at the beach, restaurants etc.

The room door SLAMS at night and makes too much noise. For a family hotel, the music plays until 11:30pm when children go to bed by 10pm

We weren’t allowed to let guests in the building because it’s all inclusive and they don’t have a bracelet system in place

We booked a room for three adults. However, the room was too small. The hotel should not have provided that room at all. When asked to change the room, hotel informed that this is the biggest room available. The room was too small for 3 adults, sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

I really like the beach .. it was great. the staff some were great and orhers were arrogant .. the food was good .. they had daily activities for the kids / was great

The pool was not very clean .. I did like their food selection , but i didn't go any where near the cheese ( fly's were all over the cheese ) The times the buffet open for lunch is a little short .. no elevators to the third floor in the main building .. it was a real long walk from and to the pool

The hotel should be all inclusive But in fact there is some rules Make you feel not good !! They gave you two cards for towels if you lost them there is no towels and you have to pay 10 € for each one !! The mini bar in room was only 2 cola and 2 water nothing more and anything else you order will be extra money!! (How come this all inclusive!!) The reception was great welcoming in check in But at checkout was not so good We order a taxi And we wait our turn Until our taksi came we went to take it one of the staff came and told us we will take your taksi because the family before you decide to go on two taxi. I told he you should ask us to take our taxi and we allow you to take or not that our decision He said no you will wait and i will order new taxi that is it We argue and he was so rude Then a supervisor girl came and ask us about the problem i told here she said You can wait we will order a new taksi Then she ask me to calm down us im one of her staff I mentioned i will write this in booking Then they agreed to give us our taxi We went to the city center The taxi was mad cause he thought we will go to the airport So it will be less money We showed him the location but he take us to another place and did throw our luggage in the street side and ask us to leave the taxi I wonder how this hotel treat with like this taxi!! Anyway it was not a good experience
