Our families had a wonderful time at Laurel lane! The home was a great location and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen/living room area was perfect for everyone to gather for family meals!! The home had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed evenings out at the pool playing corn hole and ping pong in the garage! However the wifi seemed weak when more than 1 person signed on. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again! MaryAnne

We stayed with 3 other families with multiple kids of varying ages. The house was fully stocked inside and out (laundry detergent, beach towels, Tupperware etc ). As parents we were able to fully relax as getting to the beach was very easy and the house offered plenty of room to unwind. We plan on staying here again when we visit HHI. Thank you for the hospitality and amazing hospitality experience!

The property delivered everything you could want. The elevator was just what we needed since I have mobility problems. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a hit with my 7 grandchildren. All 17 of us had room to spread out and the place was immaculate. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place.

Loved this property - our family of 11 felt it was the nicest home we have stayed in! The kids loved the pool the most, and the beach was close by and low traffic in this area. There were plenty of chairs and a rolling cart with the house, but we also took advantage of the beach rentals (they drive by and set up so you can stop them easily or call Shorepoint rentals) to have two chairs/two umbrellas each day already set up to make it easier to come and go with kids or various family members depending on who was at the beach at any time. We also rented a golf cart and enjoyed heading into Coligny Circle area for afternoon ice cream with the kids.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Brand new, well decorated, well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool and spa were great, and I was glad we elected to have them heated, because we had some cool days. The owner and manager were super responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous trip!

Beautiful house, close proximity to the beach. Only problem was the elevator didn’t work. We had someone with mobility issues and it was a problem.

Absolute perfection.

The bathroom next to the pool, the 55” inch flatscreen at the pool, the ice machine, the fridge next to the pool. We spent the whole week commenting on how they simply thought of everything when designing the place. We look forward to coming back.

We booked this property due to the proximity to the beach, the size, and the pool. I went with family members and our children, which are between 4 months and 9 years old. Everyone had a great time at the property wtih each person having their own room and bathroom. The house is huge to fit several cars from family members, ample bathrooms (including one in the garage right next to the pool). The property is well kept and brand new. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and the outdoor dining and grilling space with TV is quite a treat. Overall communication with the property manager was extremely easy and she was of great help. We couldn't recommend this property and host enough!

Our 4th family vacation to Hilton Head Island and by far the best. From the moment we walked in, everyone kept praising this beautiful house. Spacious, inviting and perfect for a large group. A few minute walk to the beach and a great private pool / jacuzzi setup. Owner and property manager were extremely helpful and professional. Rollin’ With The Tide was all we could ask for.

This new home met all our expectations. Well appointed, great location, plenty of room. My only concern was as I have mobility issues I did appreciate & utilize the elevator I would have liked grab bars in the master bath.'

Everything was new and clean. Perfect location just outside of sea pines and quick bike ride to coligny circle. Our tweens loved going into town independently on their bikes all week. The beach is wide and uncrowded. A short walk through some dunes and you’re there. Rena the property manager and Chuck the owner were great, quick with advice about restaurants and activities. I highly reccommend this property, and would stay again! Parking for 4 cars was tight but do-able. same story all over HHI

The house was lovely and plenty of space. We needed wheelchair accessible and had plenty of room. Bedrooms were great including baths. Pool was big and we were there most of the time. House was very clean. We would stay again!!!!!!!

House is brand new and beautiful. We had an amazing week. Everyone from the baby to the great grandparents enjoyed the house and pool. Can’t wait to stay again!

This was our first family vacation with all of our children and grandchildren and this home was perfect for us. We had 4 couples and 8 children and ranged in age from 5 to 75. The location of the home was great and the beach very close with no crowds, almost like a private beach. The layout of the home worked well for all ages in our family. The huge kitchen, living room, dining room, family room area was where we spent most of our time together. There were enough chairs for all 16 of us to sit at the two tables to eat and play cards and games. The kitchen had everything you could need to fix many enjoyable meals with plenty of dishes, glasses, cups and silverware for all. The extra sitting room on top floor was great for children to play video games and not have to worry about being too loud. Pool and spa were top notch too with lots of seating for big groups. The owner has thought of everything with this home and I cannot say enough good things about it. Our grandchildren are already begging for us to come back another year

Beautiful house. We all loved the house. There were 18 of us and never felt crowded. My mom is 86 and loved the screened in patio she sat out there everyday with her grandkids and great grand kids. The walk to the beach was great and location was so good. The beach felt like our own beach due to it not being so crowded. We will be renting this house again!

The owner and the property manager, Rena, were available and helpful....checking in to make sure we were happy. Rena was extra kind: mailing me some items that I left behind. We enjoyed the easy beach access, the spa, the 4 included bikes, and the screened in porch. Don't hesitate to book this house.

We celebrated my parents 75th birthdays and their 50th Anniversary recently at Rollin With the Tide and were thoroughly impressed with this house! We traveled with 5 kids ranging from 9 months to 10 years, and 7 adults. We had plenty of room and then some. The upstairs family area was fantastic for the kids to play video games or watch tv, although most of their time was spent in the pool or at the beach:). There were times of the guys hanging out watching a football game in the large family area on the main floor while the girls drank wine and talked in the fireplace area. Everyone just felt like they had plenty of room and ability to do whatever they wanted. All of the rooms are very spacious with beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of towels/ wash cloths and nice beach towels. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need, especially when feeding a large group. The elevator was very convenient for my parents and getting all the bags upstairs. The garage has a ping pong table and 12 beach chairs, a fridge, extra coolers for the beach and a very convenient beach wagon, as well as some beach games. The pool area was by far our favorite, loved hanging on the sundeck in the pool and the kids had fun jumping off of it. The hottub is huge, the kids would play in it during the day and then we would turn the heater/ jets on at night (warms up super fast). The furniture throughout the entire house was high quality, from the all weather outdoor dining table and screened in porch (another amazing area!) to the comfy couches and beds/ pillows, they didn't skimp on the accomodations on this beautiful new home. The guys also liked that they could keep up with the football games while out by the pool. The pics are a little hard to tell where the beach access is, but you literally walk out of the gate near the outdoor dining area and the path is right there. It is almost like being right on the beach as the path is not that long. The beach is wide and we got to ride bikes on the beach and around the island too, which the kids got a kick out of. The house manager and owner were super responsive and helped with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at Rollin with the Tide. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 14, 8 adults and 6 kids (aged 6 and under) The backyard space is amazing as well as the short path to the beach. We had the best week staying at this beautiful new home. Rena, the house manager, was helpful and responsive and the owners were super accommodating to our needs. We would definitely rent this property again and look forward to our next trip to Hilton Head.
