It was a nice touch to leave bread and bacon for our arrival but we are vegetarian. The property was very clean and well presented. Really great oven and heating worked well. Felt very secure as lots of locked doors and windows. Lots of space indoors and out.

Although property looked very clean, there was quite a strong dog smell in the living room but not really a problem. Kitchen bin and shower bracket were both broken. Had to buy bin liners for kitchen and a sieve so I could cook rice. Both the beds were really rubbish, worst beds I’ve ever paid to sleep in. Thin mattresses and lumpy thin pillows. No mattress protectors. I took the bottom sheet off the other bed and doubled up the single sheet we had between us and gross dirty uncomfortable mattress. It was a real shame as the cheap beds were a real let down.

Not told number of apartment! Had to get in touch with agent. No instruction where to leave black bag out of bin. Bath panel missing from Bath that made bathroom freezing. Stairs to apartment very dirty. WiFi connection not very good.

Location is poor as surrounded by car park and industrial buildings. But didn't put us off apartment makes up for the location
