Friendly and helpful staff.

Almost everything was perfect.

The individual beds were smaller than the standard.

Hotel Pey Resort is just across the river where my son lives. That made my visit to him in Sort very comfortable.

There’s no acoustic insulation in between the rooms so we could hear all of our neighbours. The shower was made under the roof so it was almost impossible to shower for a tall person.

Nice garden and pool, breakfast rich and plenty, outdoor concert once a week. Nice lobby style. Great recycling effort ! Everything clean and staff nice.

The lobby and bar area looked nice but seemed to have been the only thing renovated - the rest of the building and flats need a little love and upgrade. Furniture used and partly falling apart. You are required to take our all trash yourself to the trash bins (which were overflowing and hard accessible when we were there) which is a bit strange for a hotel that style. Pool water was freezing, not suitable for kids. Baby bed not safe as the walls are not rigid enough - our baby slipped between mattrace side and net which was too flexible.

The location was great centric but not the most busy street Services, the pool area, the whole outside area in the back Helpful staff Sort is a great place to stay easy access to the surroundings

No parking, you have to look in the street. Depending on time of the day, busy periods you end up parking closer or further away... (still Sort is small so "far" is never very far, but still) "Living room" became quite small when using sofa bed, and we were only using 1. If we had had a 2nd child and needed to use 2nd sofa bed there would not be any space left except the table to sit.
