Nice clean house. Was pleasant to stay at and host was easy to communicate with. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

This home & its energy are sheer perfection. From the comfort of ALL the beds to the huge delightful swimming pool & relaxing jacuzzi, our family relished every moment being in this beautiful home. This is our second time staying at the house. As the first time, it was absolutely amazing! The house is spotless! So much provided at the property, such as floats, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. There is a crockpot, air fryer and other necessary items to cook indoors. We didn’t use the outdoor grill, but what an amazing amenity! We had a minor issue (smoke sector chirping), but the hosts were very quick to remedy it. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive. We are looking forward to next years trip!

We planned this trip as a private retreat after disappointing news regarding my husband’s cancer treatment. I just wanted somewhere we could enjoy a pool and he loves hot tubs and this place had BOTH! The kitchen was fabulous and the decor created an atmosphere that put a smile on our faces despite our situation. The only thing we would suggest is more descript instructions for the pool heater for those of us who don’t Have the luxury of a pool- we couldn’t figure it out so the water was a bit chilly ! We had a marvelous time and would love to return.

This property is exactly as pictured and we couldn’t have been happier staying here. The place was super clean on our arrival, had everything we needed during our stay and was truly more beautiful in person. Great open layout. Super super comfortable beds — even my young kids commented! And the outdoor area is well kept and perfect. We spent many many hours out by the pool and no one was ready to go home. We would absolutely book here again and if you’re thinking about it — you should too! You will be glad you did.

We booked a trip very last minute to escape the midwest chill and had an amazing visit in Cape Coral. Pros *House and setting- great for family, decor, great linen, great beds, all the little things, regular coffee maker + keurig, set up in the kitchen - utensils, bowls, etc. *Pool - nice size, clean. * close to restaurants and shopping * TV’s in all bedrooms Con’s * would’ve liked a garage opener so we could park directly in the garage. * the house location is on a busy street so traffic and car noise was a constant while hanging out in the pool. The hosts have a really nice house to get away. We had a great stay and enjoyed our time. I would recommend.

I will start by saying the house is lovely. As soon as we checked in we found the pool heater wasn't working properly. We contacted the homeowner who was quick to respond. A pool serviceman came out the following day; He confirmed there was a leak in the compressor from a previous repairs bad weld. He put a temporary fix to last us the last day and a half of our trip. Upon checkout, I asked for some sort of refund due to the broken heater. My children were so upset to not be able to swim. The homeowner tried to say the pool wasn't heating because it was cold outside. This was not the case, the serviceman had confirmed the compressor was broken and as soon as he did the temp fix the pool heated within the hour despite it being cooler outside. The real reason for the 1 star rating is as soon as I requested some form of refund for the broken heater, he started making up lies about us. He claimed we had more than the allotted number of people in the house, that we used "rugs as towels" and "towels as rugs"and that there was "a pot with towels in it." All untrue, we left the house spotless and as requested in the house booklet. When we confronted him about these accusations he said his cleaner is "esl and just being dramatic." This isn't the way to do business. Things break, its ok but you need to make it right for your customers who paid for that service. We did get 200 back; not worth having to deal with someone without integrity and who doesn't do the right thing from the start

We found the property to be in great order. Highlights: nice sized pool and hot tub, kitchen was well stocked, living room, bedrooms and lanai were all very comfortable, grill, griddle and more were all in good working order, garage was nice. Communication with the owner was excellent and fast. A month-long stay was very pleasant and enjoyable! (Our only, very small negative, was traffic noise while out around the pool- unavoidable noise for the location on a busy street. The traffic noise would not keep us from staying here again.). THANKS!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was especially nice to come back to the house and have the heated pool and hot tub to use after a day in the sun and sightseeing. Outdoor cooking space was great to use as well for grilling. The outdoor area was so comfy to meet for morning coffee. I highly recommend this house. Owners were very responsive to all correspondences from the beginning to the very end. Weather was perfect as well!

Our stay was lovely. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with easy drives and walks thru the area. Access to restaurants and ice cream was great. We had a fun cooking competition in the well stocked kitchen and used the grill. Very enjoyable stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The only thing we wish that had been different was our length of stay (not long enough) and warmer weather (seriously cold for SWFL). The house was pristine. The outdoor living area was heavenly. The way the doors open to incorporate the outdoor living with the rest of the house was amazing!! The decor is so perfect I wanted to take it home with me! Towels are so fluffy!! We do wish the coffee cups had been bigger for our morning coffee by the pool. This house had everything we needed!! We are already planning a time to come back with my parents and our kids!! Alison and Aaron were also very helpful and responsive for anything we needed!

This property was HOME! Everything was amazing. We felt so comfortable and everything was beyond perfect. The host were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

This beautiful property was so relaxing for my husband and I plus my cousin. It was way more house than we needed but it was so relaxing and wonderful that it was worth it. I swam everyday in that great pool, enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Cooking in the kitchen or out on the grill was just a pleasure. If we ever get a chance to go back, I really hope we can rent this home again. Btw, thank you for putting up a Christmas tree for us. It just made it even better.

This house was amazing! Was just as pictured on VRBO. Communication on question's we had were answered promptly. We all enjoyed our stay very much this house was immaculate inside .

The property was very nice and the beds were amazingly comfortable. The only issue we had was with the master bathroom shower, had zero pressure. We had a wonderful time and plenty of restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this property and will go back again.

My husband and I rented this property for a family vacation. There were 8 of us, PLENTY of room, should have been 10 but there would have been plenty of room. The neighborhood was beautiful, clean and quiet. The home was close to Ft. Myers beach and downtown! The property itself was immaculate and had all of the amenities of home and that’s without the BEAUTIFUL unground pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen. 10/10 experience. I would absolutely return.

Exactly what was advertised and more! Our whole family from age 70-16 enjoyed our stay! Perfect location and wonderful beds and the outside patio was amazing for relaxing and family time! Would definitely stay again!

If you searching for a vacation home with everything you need to make it an amazing trip, look no further. Our family (adults, children, and an infant) fell in love with this home. We all were in the pool each day and took a few trips to the local beaches (Sanibel Island and Captiva Island-Bowman’s Beach and Turner Beach). Cape Coral is a great small town that has lots of great restaurants and entertainment. Here are a few hilights: -40 minutes to the Punta-Gorda Airport (smaller airport, but great customer service) -Gorgeous teal blue waters at Captiva Island (Bowman’s Beach and Turner Beach-Best beach for shelling). Arrive early to snag parking (by 9:00 AM). $5 hourly parking. Take your swim shoes because the shells are brutal when walking. -Enjoy dinner at Ford’s Garage and Duffy’s Sportsbar! Amazing food and reasonably priced. -Our kids enjoyed the Marquee Cinemas for the new Minion movie when it stormed one evening. Reclining seats! -Crape Creamery was a daily stop for us! The birthday cake ice cream has pieces of birthday cake mixed in! -Enjoy the pool and your favorite tunes through the surround sound system daily!

Wonderful place & House. I recommended.

This house is absolutely amazing and is nicer than the pictures! SUPER clean! We felt right at home for the 8 days we were there. It literally has everything you need. I would recommend you visit the house before going shopping. We went shopping first and bought things that were already at the house for our use. There are plenty of bath towels. There are beach towels too. There are TONS of toys for the beach. Many beach chairs available for use and an umbrella. We were super impressed to see an air fryer, griddle and Keurig. The outside area is amazing. We spent everyday in the pool and hot tub. We stocked the outside mini fridge with drinks and snacks so we didn’t have to go in and out of the house. We loved the Bluetooth stereo outside! We love music and connected to it daily. We loved that the one bathroom was accessible from outside so we didn’t have to enter the house wet. We played pool volleyball every day. We loved the volleyball net and basketball hoop. So many pool toys! The decor is gorgeous and gives a beach vibe. The beds are very comfortable! Our 2 girls loved the bubble baths in the master bathtub. We highly recommend the Overtime Sports Pub and Grill. Great food and reasonably priced. The creamery that is 2 minutes from the house is excellent. We visited it 3 times. Fort Myers beach is gorgeous and is about 35 minutes away. Parking costs $10-$30. The closer you park to the beach, the more expensive. The sand at Fort Myers was powdery soft and the water was beautiful. Sanibel is also gorgeous, but very shell-y. We went to Sanibel to collect seashells. I can’t say enough about the hosts. We had a few questions and they were super quick to answer. Very responsive and very nice! We plan to book again at this house the next time we visit this area. Thank you for a great experience!

We had an absolute amazing time here. The house was as advertised and Cape Coral is a great area to stay. The outdoor living space was perfect for our family (3 teenagers). We spent a lot of time in the pool playing basketball and volleyball with the included equipment. Fort Myers, Naples, Sanibel island, and even the Everglades were an easy drive from here and great places to visit. I would highly recommend staying here and if we vacation in Cape Coral again I will check the availability of this property first. Thank you for hosting us!!!

THIS WAS SUCH A NICE PROPERTY. THE KIDS REALLY ENJOYED THE POOL AS WELL AS US ADULTS. VERY CLEAN AND THE KIDS JOKED WE WERE STAYING IN A BASKETBALL PLAYERS HOME BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CEILINGS AND DOORS LOL DEFINETLY WOULD RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AGAIN WITH THE FAMILY. This was such a beautiful, spotlessly clean home! Absolutely loved it! Location was great. Would highly recommend it. The pool and hot tube were both wonderful. House was so nice that we almost wanted to stay there all day rather than explore the town and surrounding towns. You can't go wrong with this rental , so many things to love about it ! Owners are very helpful if you have any issues .
