This was a clean and well designed and decorated ADU in a nice neighborhood. The hosts clearly have put a lot of effort into this property and do a good job with it.

Honey B was everything we could have anticipated and more. A remarkably good use of space and design made this once-former shed the perfect retreat for our weekend in Charlottesville. Off the beaten path, but convenient to everything, this was the perfect alternative to the hotel scene. Rob & Lili were excellent hosts, having anticipated every need with information and amenities in this cozy, contemporary space. Communication was easy and Rob was very responsive, providing lots of additional information on request. Sorry we can’t give more than 5 stars!

A lovely garden path approach to a clean, uncluttered and brightly lit open concept space.
The kitchen and bath were thoughtfully stocked.
The photo album of the creation of this lovely quiet space made it all the more amazing.
Since we were on a several week road trip the washer/dryer were a welcome extra.
The location was convenient to town and local points of interest.

Honey B was just what we needed for the two of us who were in town for a wedding. It was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed, including coffee and half n half, which was so very thoughtful. Also a basket of fruit and snacks. We would definitely come back if we needed to be in Charlottesville again.

What a wonderful little getaway that’s so close to everything we wanted to do and yet had that quiet remote feeling. Our hosts were great, the place was very nice and we lacked for nothing!

Couldn’t be any better, nothing to improve. All the little details & extras were in place, the cottage was lovely, very conveniently located just minutes from everything while still the quiet privacy was great. Loved it in every way. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Honey House. It is a seven-minute drive from the Honey House to UVA (very convenient). The guest house is fully stocked with amenities (everything you will need and some more), and it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and relaxing. It isn't easy to select my favorite room in the house, but if I had to choose, it would be the bathroom. It has a spa-like feel to it.
Our stay was memorable and top-notch. I highly recommend Honey House. It won't disappoint. More importantly, Rob & Lili are excellent hosts.

We loved Rob & Lili’s place! It was so cute, clean, and comfortable! The location was perfect for us! Super easy access to all the wineries and a quick 10 minute Uber ride to downtown. I left my makeup bag there and Rob had it shipped to me the next day! They were fantastic hosts and we will gladly return!

Super cute and well maintained little cottage! The location really can’t be beat, it is accessible to so much within a 20ish minute drive. Rob and Lili were great hosts, we would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the HoneyB was wonderful! Rob and Lili were fabulous hosts. We notified them that we were checking in late and they graciously left the lights on for us. The studio was very clean and had many amenities, including all linens, kitchen supplies and bathroom toiletries. The location was near all the local Charlottesville attractions in a nice quiet neighborhood. We hope to return!

PERFECT location right off the interstate if you are looking for somewhere close to downtown/many attractions but still want some privacy at the end of the night. We traveled to the Honey B house for our 2nd wedding anniversary and it was exactly as pictured, described online…clean, updated and still felt brand new! The hospitality of hosts Rob and Lili exceeded expectations.

I booked this little house for my husband to attend an event in the area. Communication with the owners was excellent. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and contained everything one would need for a comfortable stay, including some thoughtful items left by the owners. The setting is quiet and away from the busyness of the city. My spouse said he slept well and enjoyed the peacefulness of his surroundings. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

We loved our stay at the HoneyB house. Rob and Lili are lovely hosts. Everything is exactly as pictured (even nicer). Perfect spot for a couple. Don't miss going to Pippin Hill Winery- amazing scenery! We are looking forward to coming back.

This was our second stay at the honey b and it was just as nice as our first visit. The property is private but still in close proximity to restaurants, wineries and distilleries. The house is clean and stocked with necessities which is nice and has an overall modern yet cozy feel. We will definitely be back again next year!

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Honey B house. The property was cozy, clean, adorable with beautiful finishing on the inside. The little touches such as welcome note, snacks and fruits to welcome us was so inviting and such a nice touch. I really enjoyed the small garden surrounding the property as well. The “Honey B” was a great place to rest while visiting Charlottesville. Beautifully designed and comfortable, every thing was great. The hosts (although we never met them) we’re very helpful and communicative and left the perfect set of supplies to make us welcome and comfortable. We will come back

Honey B Rates an A+
Recently renovated outbuilding on a property just outside of Charlottesville with a similar building right next to it (called the Honey House). Excellent pictures on VRBO show it well. It is a great place to stay with another couple (as I did) with each having separate accommodations if you rent both units. The renovation craftsmanship is superior and the house is outfitted with all the comforts of home better than any I have stayed in. Rob and Lili even provide real ground coffee and milk and butter and a fresh fruit basket etc., etc. Really enjoyed the stay here and everything went smoothly. Like I told Rob when we first communicated, the only thing I would have liked better was a king sized bed!!! Our friends rented the Honey House next door and liked it too. Highly recommend it!

Our unit was very clean and smartly stocked with all the supplies you may not think of needing. The location is fantastic in a heavily wooded area near Charlottesville and all it has to offer.
