The condo was absolutely beautiful. The owners thought of everything. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going there again.

This condo is top shelf. Located in downtown Dunedin you are close to everything and always have a first rate experience. Two thumbs up from us. Christine and Jorge are wonderfully accommodating and responsive. They are just really nice people. We will be back.

The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a short or long getaway. You can park your car and walk to everything down Main Street. Lots of boutiques for shopping and lots of different restaurants to choose from. Close to Honeymoon Island and a short drive to Tarpon Springs.

The place is perfectly located for a great stay in downtown! It was surprisingly large and spacious. Clean place to stay.

Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great layout, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms.This was our 4th time staying here and will always book it when visiting Dunedin. Great location in the middle of town that has tons of bars, breweries and great restaurants . You can walk everywhere. Jorge and Christine are wonderful hosts. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book this Condo.

The unit it beautiful, spacious and centrally located. Owner was very responsive and helpful. If you are a light sleeper don’t sleep in the room to the left of the entry. It sounded like washers and/or dryers running all night long. Also, I don’t recall seeing this is the instructions but I got a text from the owner after check-out that we had to vacate the parking spaces by 10:45 am and we had gone to get breakfast. We made it back in time but that put a damper on the morning. Other than these two items this was a very good rental and I would stay here again. This is a quaint area near the water. This Floridian loved it.

The apartment was perfect for us. Right in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Lots of shopping and great restaurants right outside the door. We would definitely go back.

Jorge and Christine, our hosts, were the most attenitive, accessible, and honest hosts we have ever encountered. They care about your stay and actively resond to any request while making you feel like family. The apartment is well stocked with extra towels in both bathrooms, extra sheets and pillows in the bedrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. The balcony off the living room faces south, you see the sun from sunup to sundown. An extremely attractive addition since we spent January and February in the unit. All locks are four number codes so no keys are needed. There are two locked doors you need to enter, about 5 yards apart due to the design of the building, before you arrive at the elevator. We were appreciative of the extra level of security and its really no big deal. The location is absolutely perfect. You are in the middle of town and everything, restaurants, shops, bars, breweries, and the dock, is walking distance from your door. The garbage is picked up quite early in the morning and does make a lot of noise. After a few days it became background noise and wasnt quite so annoying. With the garbage being addressed often, it results in absolutely no garbage smells which in my mind is an added value. Overall, we couldn't have had a better experience with our hosts and the unit.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The property is right downtown and in easy walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. Great amenities, balcony overlooking the parking lot, and nice touches like some Christmas decorations. Loud garbage truck emptying a dumpster behind the property about 7:00 AM, but nothing can be done about that really. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was right on Main St. and walking distance to all of downtown. The condo was a great size with a nice living area. Would stay here again!

The direction for parking and entrance were excellent. We enjoyed the location and walked everywhere in Dunedin. The furnished house had everything we needed including cooler for the boat trip.

Beautiful condo with more space than we expected. Towing huge bedrooms and huge bathrooms. The pictures do not do the space justice. If you want to experience downtown Dunedin, there is no better choice - steps (literally) away from Main Street shops, restaurants, bars and all Dunedin has to offer. Our daughter asked if there was any chance we could move in permanently!

Loved having the weekend booked as the Christmas parade and everything going on in Dunedin this weekend! Great place!

Second floor unit was perfect for two middle couples. Elevator and reserved parking spaces were a bonus. Location, security and furnishings were ideal. Landlord was very responsive to our needs. We will certainly return when in the area.

This second floor condo was in the heart of downtown. Restaurants and nightlife galore. During the day you can walk for hours exploring the area or hop in the car and have a beach day (owners provide beach chairs and towels for that). I will be back!

Pros: Very clean and very spacious. Comfortable beds. Well appointed. Easy walking to lots of restaurants, ice cream shop, etc. Hosts are attentive to any issues. Cons: Noisy... 1. something in the building (rooftop A/C unit?) would kick on repeatedly through the night and made an unnerving electric humming sound. Loud enough to wake my wife and me several times each night. 2. I guess they empty the dumpsters every morning??? 3. Someone was up at 5am on a Saturday with a moving truck right below the primary bedroom, dragging stuff around and making a racket. I don't recommend this location if you are a light sleeper. Entering and exiting is a bit of a pain as you have 3 locked doors and an elevator to contend with. If you don't lock each of the doors immediately, the hosts contact you within seconds. They live next door. Kind of feels like you are being monitored 24/7. All the windows and the balcony face a parking lot, dumpsters and power lines.

Christina (Owner) was absolutely fabulous. She made sure that we were enjoying our stay and did not have any issues. She provided her phone number for any questions. The property was beautiful and located in the perfect place.

Very clean and spacious condo with all you need for overnight stays. Location is perfectly located in the middle of everything (restaraunts, bars, gift shops, ice cream store) in downtown district all within walking distance. My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again and also recommend this property to others. Two thumbs Up!!

You can’t beat the location. Really nice condo in the heart of downtown Dunedin. Nice space for four people with two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Only problem was the garbage truck that picked up the garbage at 6 AM on Saturday morning.

We had a girls weekend trip and decided to stay at this Condo. It was just as the pictures, exceptional cleanliness, communication was always available . I plan to use them again for future family trip too. I highly recommend them .
