Cabin as described. Great fire pit with view of the lake. Enjoyed the hammock and the front porch. Cute community & we saw some wildlife.

The cabin was just as represented. The owner was so nice and accommodating. We had a great time. Highly recommended

The cabin was very clean and organized with everything that you would need. Check in and out was a breeze!!! Definitely would stay there again in the future

Although the property was very responsive. The property did not match the description. They were several items missing, cleanliness of outdoor equipment was terrible, broken equipment, rusty fire pit, broken outdoor umbrellas and seating. Cleanliness of the interior was also something to be desired. It was so bad I left with my family a day early. Would definitely not recommend this place!

The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We took hikes and came back to the cabin to relax. Great heating and aircondtioning.

Cozy cabin fits the name very very well. We really had a relaxing time which my wife and I needed desperately. It was great to get away from the stressful situation we were under to a place so peaceful and cozy. Sarah our host was exceptional so so kind and accommodating. Arrived Thursday night. The cabin was spotless. We had everything we needed including silence. We unplugged for the weekend climbed a mountain and went crystal shop hopping. It was very peaceful. We are grateful to have had the opportunity bc the cabin was so affordable and accommodating. We even had some trouble with the heat and Sara fixed it immediately. Great place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin! We were looking for peace and quiet for a Birthday/Valentines weekend and we were not disappointed! The cabin was extremely clean and decorated so cute! Pretty much everything we needed was there which was great!! It was so quiet snd peaceful. Having the TV with Fire Stick was awesome! The owners were amazing and happy to help with any questions we had. The gas fireplace was so romantic and kept the cabin so toasty. We will definitely be back again!

The property is in such a beautiful area. So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings and views of the lake. The house is the cutest place! So cozy and comfortable! Had an amazingly relaxing time!!

Sarah was very pleasant. Beautiful place, very cozy and welcoming. Clean and warm. Just need a light along the parking areas. We arrived at 10pm it was dark hahaha.. Overall very nice. Will definitely come back

This was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, very quiet, in a nice location, beautiful view of the lake, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend together. The owner contacted us when we were on the way there and had turned the heat up for us so the cabin would be nice and toasty warm when we got there. She was very quick to respond to us and very friendly. We would definitely rent this cabin again.

The cabin was everything we hoped for. Though the temperature was nearly below 0, we managed to take a walk down to the lake and enjoy the views. We were very happy to see a Christmas tree set up, since we spent Christmas there. I would recommend and would like to return during the warm season to enjoy more of the lake.

My family went to the Cozy Cabin for 3 nights/4 days. It was our first vacation since COVID hit, and the experience was definitely worth the wait! The description of the property was spot-on. We had everything we needed for our getaway, from linens to kitchen untensils. We even had wood for the firepit ready to use, something I wasn't expecting but was very pleased with. The beds were comfortable and the overall set up of the cabin made it easy to relax. Sarah was very attentive to our concerns and responded quickly to us when we had an inquiry. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had at the cozy cabin!!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was very convenient that the dock was right across the street. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay! The cottage was perfect for our family! Location was great!

My husband and I live on the mainland from a very popular beach town, so we wanted to get out of town to celebrate our anniversary, which just happens to be on July 4th. The cabin was absolutely perfect for our needs! We were looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on the lake, and Sarah delivered!! Great location, LOVE the cabin, and we totally lucked out with great weather! The sound of the rain (super-early morning) on the aluminium roof is also very soothing. If I'm being completely honest, there are only two qualms: 1) the shower is extremely small and the water options are hot and hot A.F. - so be careful! I have to say though, that Sarah was very receptive to our comment and said she would look into having the water adjusted. The only other thing that we were a little disappointed about but to NO FAULT OF THE OWNER, was how rough the water is, just across from the cabin. First and foremost, it was a summer holiday weekend, so of course there are going to be a ton of boats on the water. The other thing that my husband and I realized, is how narrow that part of the lake is, and the marina and boat launch aren't that far, so of course many boats will be driving by... just made it unappealing to kayak or SUP from the spot conveniently across from the cabin. However, that was our choice, not saying it couldn't have been done. We are very much looking forward to going back again! Thank you again, Sarah, for hosting our much needed getaway!! :)

I was unable to watch TV and have the lights in the living room on because it would turn the breaker off. I had to reset the breaker 4 times until I finally just left the lights off so that I could watch TV. The breaker is only a 15amp and needs to be a 20amp to carry it all. Also, the shower was scalding hot and was unable to cool it down at all.

This is a great little cabin in a great location for access to Lake Wallenpaupack. Check in was easy, everything was clean and ready for us. We had no problems at all during our quick little stay and wished we had enough time to stay longer.

We loved it and we will definitely be going back

This cozy cabin was an absolute great stay. Clean and both heartwarming everything from the time we got there to the time we left no complaints no regrets. The property owner emailed before arrival and made sure if we needed anything from time to time. Peaceful gateaway definitely coming back.

There are some good things about this property. It recently had new plumbing with tankless heater, new HVAC system and new windows. The fridge and stove are newer but we're not cleaned before our stay. The rug in the living room was stained badly and had not been vacuumed. The kitchen floor although new vinyl was covered with footprints that appeared to be tar. Turns out it was just heavy dirt because we were able to scrub it off with Clorox cleaner. The house had a very musty odor which still lingers in our clothing. Don't count on using the washer and dryer which are stacked in the second bedroom not hooked up to water and no dryer vent. The bed is a very marginal full size on a low frame one step way from sleeping on the floor. The floor and screens on the back porch were so filthy we never even ventured out there. The sink in the bathroom and shower are tiny. We do rather enjoy rustic but this doesn't meet that definition by any stretch. And totally not worth the nightly fee.

Nice location beautiful views

The cabin was great. Roomy, nice screened in back room for rainy days. Fire pit and grill on the deck with chairs, lake right there with boat launch, fish from the dock, hand fed deer right at the deck. No pans baking sheets or anything to use in the oven or steak knives or toaster. But we made due. Great trip!

If you want a very simple cabin with a great view, this is the place. Not fancy in the least, but perfect for a quiet getaway. The wife and I enjoyed the peace. The fridge made a lot of noise at night and the bed could be upgraded, but we enjoyed every minute. Deer everywhere Great BBQ place nearby. Loved sitting on the deck looking at the lake across the street.
