condo was beautifully decorated and very clean.

it was well maintained and in a great area.

the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, so I was tired most of the time from lack of sleep. I finally had to leave my master bedroom and go sleep on one of the tiny twin beds the last 2 nights, which was a little more comfortable. The view from the screened in patio was lacking, due to the golf course being resodded, so from 6am till evening, all you saw was tractors and workers.

Nice decor and we liked the location - easy access to Marco Island and Naples Pier, 5th Ave. and other sights.

Just a very minor, nitpicky thing: the screen door on the lanai needs to be fixed. Squeaky, and scrapes concrete and made loud noise when opening.

I was completely happy with this Villa inside and out. First impression when you walk-in is it’s well maintained, very clean and has a lot of open space to spread out. I thoroughly loved the view from the lanai every morning. We even had some ducks walk right up to us. The location was perfect, it only takes a few minutes to arrive in town Naples or Marco Island.

This was without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed as a family, and we travel, a lot! The room Was fantastic, spacious, clean, immaculate. The host was readily available if needed and the location was laid back and fantastic.
