With three in suite bedrooms and two bunk rooms it is perfect for our family which includes our two kids, their spouses and the five grandkids. Even room for a nanny who took over the upstairs den. Lots of space and areas to get away when needed. Fully equipped kitchen. We will be back!

We especially love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils and cookware. The game room provided lots of fun filled competition for our family. There was also plenty of fun games available to play in the evenings and on the few rainy days. We're grateful that beach equipment is provided, especially the cart which came in handy taking things to the beach. We love the location which was only a short walk to the beach and to the downtown area. We had a wonderful meal at the Parkway restaurant and had ice cream almost every night at Maureen's Ice Cream shop. Our nineteen-month-old granddaughter enjoyed the park that was also within walking distance. She also enjoyed the Bethany Beach Nature Center which was a short drive on Garfield Parkway. Our whole vacation experience was fabulous and look forward to returning next year.

The pictures don't do this property justice. It's an amazing home and perfect beach getaway. 2 blocks to beach, 2 blocks to town, walking distance to a CVS ... walking distance to a seafood market if you don't mind a longer walk. The common area is perfect for evening relaxation and there are enough outdoor porches to give everyone their space. Oh, and a separate office space for those zoom calls you just couldn't reschedule.

Loved this house, so many great porches! We also appreciated the large and comfortable living room and well-stocked kitchen.

The house was spotless, the kitchen very well stocked with not your normal run of the mill rental appliances and utensils. It provided two bedrooms with 2 sets of twin beds - perfect for individuals - not couples. A bathroom attached to each bedroom was an additional perk. If you have a few couples with kids staying, each couple could have their bedroom, with the kids in the bunk bedrooms.

The kitchen table was perfect for meals where we could all gather at one time.

Probably the only downside we could come up with was the inability to see the ocean/bay from the house. Otherwise a 5 star rental. It is a very short walk to the beach or shopping area. Beach chairs provided and things for rainy days - lots of games (we didn't stop talking long enough to play).

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and very well built.

This house is beautiful and very well equipped. We have stayed at many homes in the Bethany Beach area over the last 15 years and this one has been the best equipped. We had all all the pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, plates, silverware, appliances needed to bake and make meals. All of the beds were comfortable and had extra blankets. The main living area was spacious and great for everyone to do different things but still be together. We heavily used the ping pong table. Our entire family had a great time!

The house lived up to its online photos and amenities and then some. Clean, modern, and every little detail was covered. We would definitely stay again.

However, the owners need to check on their cleaning company. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, there was sand on the floors, The bathrooms for the "non primary" bedrooms were not even wiped down. There was hair all over the showers and the toilets did not look clean at all. In addition, the wifi and televisions need an upgrade. The wifi was constantly going in and out and the TV in the family room upstairs didn't work half the time. Upgrading the mattresses in the non primary bedrooms wouldn't hurt either, or maybe just getting some mattress pads.
