Location and amenities were great. Safe, convenient to a private beach and a bar/restaurant was very close.
Only suggestion I’d have is better pillows…they were extremely flat and uncomfortable.

The location is great, we walked to the beach, and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodations were as expected, clean, and cozy and the beds very comfortable. Everything we needed was there, there was even some beach stuff, for example, we had bought a beach umbrella online and it did not arrive on time. Well, there was one in the apartment and we enjoyed it while on our stay. We will definitely come again. The pool area was good with the very warm jacuzzi.

We have visited location many times. Owners of resturant, Sunset Grill have lowered their customer satisfaction. We like the beach and pools.
Someone should check condition of facility and proposed items for amenities: toaster, hairdryer, major cleanliness, outdoor furnishings on porch, availability of beach furniture and umbrellas,

love the quietness and the security. Loved walking to The Sunset Grill for a nice meal looking over the bay.
the cleaning fee was the same for the 1 night stay as it was for the three night stay in a different unit. Also the freezers need defrosted could hardly fit our freezer packs in them.

Loved the location, the facilities in site including playground, tennis courts gym, shuffle board games, two pools, a lovely hot spa and the sunset bar and grill were all fab. I liked the small kitchen facilities... Microwave, toaster and full sized fridge freezer and coffeemaker. Slightly larger work surface would be handy.
Some comfier table and chair sets outside would be nice.

The view across Tampa Bay looking at St. Pete was fantastic. The opportunity to walk along the park across the street and sit on the pier was wonderful. The waterway across the back of the property was filled with a variety of local wildlife: birds, fish and dolphins. There was a parade of exceptional boats and cabin-craft using the channel in the waterway to access the bay. There was 2 wonderful restaurants within footsteps of the studio and a beach rental business with jet-skis, kayaks, paddle boards and umbrellas. 2 pools, a jacuzzi, a long sandy beach and swimming in the bay. Plenty of sun and water to enjoy.
The only thing to make it better would be a longer stay. Nothing lacking. Sad to leave and return to Ocala.

The property was clean. The area was quiet. Room was a good size, plenty of room and nicely supplied. The pool was a plus.
I thought it was a little bit pricey. Not as close to the water as I thought. I envisioned sitting on the front slab looking at the water.

location, beach, views, lots of walkways to take walks. we left 2 new sets of silverware there for future renters to use
construction , no couch, could have used a mop for cleaning as we were there 2 weeks: left those supplies there to use

It was no an actual kitchen to prepare meals. It was a coffee makers but no coffee. There is not water on the fridge.

I liked the place. I thought it was very nice. I also liked the pools as well. I liked there were a few places to walk to.
The place was very nice. I just wish there was more things that didn't require a 30 min or more drive. That was the only downside for me. The beach was a little small and we weren't able to swim there.

Ocean right there. Room had ocean view and pool just steps away. Area quiet clean
Road going into the property are in need of repair. Restaurants on site are just ok. Definitely need updating. Hours of operation for weekends should be extended.

It was right next to the bay! You have a spectacular view of the bay! You see St. Petersburg. The pools were amazing.
The Sunset Grill is right down the street.
They have great food.
