Cleanliness.

The size was exceptionally small. The owner advertised “parking” and “laundry”, both of which were very misleading. The parking promised was 3 blocks away and the “laundry” was not a washer/dryer but a few extra towels.

Screens on doors had holes & patches, stove top grates warped/broke so when cooking pots/pans were not level, no turntable in microwave, no mop for floors, expected to cook on grill on a 2x4 deck (against the law) neighbors sitting on top of you on beach & mini deck, parking for 1 was 2 streets away, pictures very deceiving when renting, NOT worth the money, VERY OVERPRICED
