We were thrilled to have an oceanfront condo in Kauai. It was so quiet and beautiful, with its own swimmable beach, and in short walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was incredibly well-outfitted in terms of kitchen, TVs, towels and beach supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very nice, had a few outdated features and a couple items that could be repaired, but suited our needs perfectly. Grounds are absolutely gorgeous!

The condo is in the best location. Central to both sides of the island. The view from the condo is gorgeous. Many hours were spent on the deck taking in the beautiful grounds and the ocean. Loved having air conditioning in all the rooms. Gated community so we always felt safe and plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend this condo!

This property is well located, has an incredible view, clean, and fit 5 people comfortably. All communications with Cindy were very pleasant and she was quick to respond. The view from the lanai in the above pictures did not do the actual view justice. Our favorite thing to do during our time at the property was to play card games on the lanai and watch the waves.

I absolutely love this space and I am asking you all to save the dates for me! This is our 2nd stay at Lae Nani and it is getting harder to reserve. I can't say enough good things about this place. Only thing I think that might have been a bit helpful would have been a couple of lawn chairs for the beach. That is the only downfall I found. So please do me a favor... Please don't stay here because you will love it and I will have to look for another space. Thanks for the memories... AND WE WILL BE BACK ASAP!

Loved this this place. Everything from checking in to checking out, easy process. Very clean, great view, within walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and return.

The listing does not do the ocean view justice! From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were in paradise. The condo was well decorated and as expected. Walking distance to some excellent dining options. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Lae Nani for the first leg of our trip, but we would have been perfectly happy staying here for the entire time. The condo was perfectly located on the island so that trips to the north side and west sides of the island were super easy. Old Kapa'a Town was a short drive away that had everything we needed from souvenirs, good food, and quick essentials. Of course, Coconut Marketplace was a 5 minute walk from the place, but was a little less exciting (but great in a pinch). On the property, there was a tennis court, pool, grills, & private beach for guests & residents. I was sick one day of the trip, so it was nice knowing that we could stay "home" one day, but still have plenty to do. The condo was well equipped with all kitchen & bath essentials, and it really was the perfect place to serve as our home base for 5 days. If I were to list ONE negative - it would simply serve as a warning for guests in the near future. There is a construction project taking place on the main road near the condo, which causes significant traffic during short periods during the day (we are from LA, so we know what bad traffic is like and this was up there considering there is just one main road for the whole island...). It was only a problem one time during our entire stay, so just something to keep an eye on if you are on a tight schedule.

The view is absolutely gorgeous! We enjoy our stay at this property and would recommend it to all. I wondered if the photos of the view were real when I booked it. The answer is YES! Each morning we walked down the beach trail to watch the sunrise. If you're on the fence about which property to book, this is the one. (:

This place was so amazing, we love the view of the ocean and the grounds that you could walk around on, very serene. The only thing that was odd was there didn’t seem to be a standard check in process since we already had the code for the door, so we went about our business until the last day when we got a ticket warning on our car about needing a parking permit. Since the front desk closes at 3 PM, we couldn’t figure out what we needed to do and we were leaving the next morning so we just let that be. Management was really helpful when there was an issue with our microwave, they gave us their microwave to plug-in on our countertop so I thought that was really nice of them. They mentioned doing remodels on the kitchen soon and I have to say the whole place was pretty nice and updated so it’s a step above a lot of places you might stay alternatively. The deck was great for sitting out with your coffee or lunch, just taking in the waves. Overall really calm and great place.

This was our second time to Kauai and our first time staying in this rental but hopefully not our last! The beach was even closer to the unit than it appears in the photos. The property is gorgeous, the unit has everything to make for a comfortable stay. Kauai is a magical place! No complaints whatsoever.

Great location from the airport and centralized location to our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Our morning patio view of the ocean was outstanding. We will book this property on our next Kauai visit.

Can't beat the view! Easy access off Hwy, about 15-20 minutes from airport. Upon arrival you will find it located in a gated community. The grounds are well maintained without all the noise of constant gardening, with ample parking. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and super close to the grocery and Pharmacy. Amazing bakery a short walk to the left after leaving the main gate. After climbing the stairs (no elevator) to the second floor, easy coded door to get into the condo. Benches outside the door for putting on your shoes. Upon opening the door, the floors are wood laminate, easy to clean. Decor is lovely and the view is amazing. Furniture is adequate. Great for sitting, not so fabulous for stretching out in the evenings. Dining table is large enough for a family. Kitchen is well stocked. Paper products and dishwasher pods provided. Lanai has plenty of seating for watching those ocean waves. Small beach is good for kids and adults alike. Lounge chairs provided and condo has beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. Has easy access for walking along the beach. Bedrooms are nicely decorated. Second lanai off the master bedroom for morning coffee or reading a book in the evenings. Mattresses are older spring type but comfortable. By locking the bathroom door to the hall, you can create two ensuite bedrooms. Shower in smaller room is remodeled but hard to keep water from going onto the floor. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all provided. Loved having laundry baskets to collect dirty clothes for washing. Laundry inside the apartment with laundry pods included. Tvs located in living and both bedrooms have cable and streaming services (bring your own subscription). The second floor condo allows for leaving the windows open for nighttime ocean breezes and sounds of waves. Although, air conditioning is available, it wasn't needed this trip. The pool wasn't crowded. Part of the tile on our trip was being re done. They kept the pool open for guests to continue to use. Several grills available for that fresh caught fish or a nice steak. The condo is centrally located to make it a breeze to spend the day in Hanalei/Princeville or Poipu/Waimea. Communication with host was quick and easy. Directions for getting around and use of electronics was given clearly. Wifi available. Be prepared for Rooster wake up call in the AM, welcome to Kauai.

It was a wonderful, comfortable condo with all of the things we needed to be relaxed and enjoy ourselves in Kauai. If you walk down to the left of the beach and follow the trail to the point, tread carefully to not disturb the amazing sea snails. Every day we were treated to amazing sunrises when we walked down to the beach. There's both a small beach to enjoy and a more protected pool with not as much waves for smaller guests and for those that just want to relax in the water. Walking down the path near the beach you can access more open beach with more waves. The condo is really conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants and in the middle of the island for venturing out for other day trips and activities. We all agreed that our condo was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed preparing dinners at our condo, barbequing near the ocean, and eating & relaxing on our balconies.

Very well equipped condo. Clean and quiet. Centrally located. It is about equidistant from north shore and south shore. Thoughtful amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs and cooler very useful.

The place is gorgeous both inside and out! It is in a great location - a short drive to almost anywhere on the island - yet we had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the view from our balconeys. Lots of beach amenities are provided (towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, noodles, sand toys, etc.) and it is a quick walk to Passion Bakery and JoJo's Shave Ice. My family and I had an amazing week and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We had an incredible stay! The patio overlooks a lawn that is just yards from the ocean. It was clean and had everything we needed (dishes, silverware, spa-level shampoo, soap and conditioner, etc). The pool is gorgeous and heated and the location is walking distance from several restaurants. Having a washing machine in the unit was incredibly useful, and there were bath towels as well as beach towels. We definitely hope to stay here again soon!

Perfect getaway

First time to the island of Kauai and we all absolutely loved, loved, loved our rental unit. The amenities were fantastic with two very spacious bedrooms and beautifully decorated. Close to shopping, hiking and everything in between. The most enjoyable aspect was how quiet and peaceful were our surroundings. The beach is a short walk from the unit and settled into a small cove allowing for safe swimming for children and adults of all capabilities. The grounds are impeccable with gorgeous landscaping and very friendly chickens 🐓.

This property is so wonderful and even better than in the photos. The unit had everything we could need and the location was perfect. We were in town for a family members wedding and traveling with two small children. The access to the beach with a safe area for children to play was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay and would come back! The property was beautiful and we especially enjoyed the keiki ocean "pool" as well as standard pool. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and gave us the vacation experience we were looking to have. Property management before and during our stay was very responsive.

Condo was just as described. No misleading photos, etc. Beautiful view and grounds. Even had beach towels and inflatable floaties (new, in package) for use! Great little beach just steps from the property. Swimming pool clean and was never crowded while we were there. Restaurants, coffee shop, within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!
