This was absolutely the best property I've ever stayed in through VRBO! We all LOVED it! I cant think of anything I would change!

The location was great and convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and amenities!

We had a great stay at Coastal Crush! The location was perfect- we rented a golf cart and didn’t get in the car the entire time we were there. It was a 1 min golf cart ride to the beach and a 4 min walk. The house was beautifully decorated, updated and clean! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

This unit is a perfect size for several couples. And the location cannot be beat.

Awesome location, had everything we needed

This was the perfect beach getaway house for our family with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. From comfortable beds, porches on every floor, a loaded kitchen, and garage with lots of beach equipment, Coastal Crush made for an ideal beach house! We hope to be back soon!

We are four women between the ages of 67 & 71, with varying health concerns. Three from Florida & me from Michigan. The property is in a great location but it in poor shape…extremely musty, dusty, towels & bedding were stale/used smelling. We had to wash our bedding before using it & had no blankets. Comforters we’re smelly & we’re tossed off all beds. The elevator wasn’t working & aside from the location, it was THE main reason we chose that property. All the reviews raved about the cleanliness of the townhouse & the ease of using the elevator. In addition, every balcony was filthy. I contacted Lilmar Properties by email & a phone call. No one replied to my email. I spoke with Kayla when I called & her solution was to tell me to open windows to air the property out. She also mentioned the fact that the property had not been rented out in quite some time. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the customer service of your property management company & the attention to detail prior to our arrival. We’ve always had such good luck booking on VRBO…never a problem until this rental.

Can’t beat this location on Saint Simons! Condo is neat and well stocked with miscellaneous things and cute decor. Washer and dryer on second floor made it easy to do laundry during our stay. My only real concern was it takes awhile for water to get warm and Had a bit of a reception issue with Wi-Fi working there during high usage times and noisy construction behind us (which is not the owners fault). Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great during our 3 week stay.

This is our third stay at this property. We love the location and they layout of the unit. Plenty of places to gather and plenty of places to get away. Always spotless, everything you need in the kitchen and the beds are super comfortable. Love it and will stay again.

Great place for family vacation

This was our first trip to St. Simon’s Island and we loved it! First of all, the townhouse was AWESOME! It’s beautiful, extremely clean, very well stocked, and the location can’t be beat. The photos don’t do the townhouse justice. It’s lovely, beachy, and so comfy. We planned on 6 adults (us and our 4 adult children) but ended up with only 4 of us. We were so comfortable and had plenty of room. Did I mention that this place has an elevator?! So handy for moving luggage to the top floor at arrival and then all the way down to the garage when we left. The location is almost the best part of this townhouse rental. It’s about a block and a half (maybe less) from the beach! We walked every day and the beach access is so easy. We were also less than a block from 2 great restaurants (The Crab Trap and Crabdaddy’s) and a liquor store and little shop. We will warn you that Crabdaddy’s always seemed to have a very long wait…so we skipped it. The Crab Trap was busy (go early) but it was great. Highly recommend it! We also loved Fiddlers, Del Sur, and the Porch. St. Simon’s has many great choices for food and drinks. Also, take time to go out and visit Fort Frederica…interesting history lesson! Loved everything about our trip and HIGHLY recommend this beautiful townhouse!

This was our first stay at St Simons Island and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. The condo was perfect - clean, location was perfect, kitchen was stocked perfectly. We had everything we needed.

Convenient location for the beach and for some great restaurants! Super clean, plenty of space, and the most beautiful decor. Highly recommend!!

The check-in process was seamless, the pictures were accurate, the house was very clean, fully stocked, beautiful decor, great location (less than a 5 min walk to the beach), love the several different patios, and the owners were friendly with a prompt response time!

We spent the month February at Coastal Crush. What a great central location! One block from the beach, short walk to good restaurants, very walkable neighborhood. Nice place with plenty of room to spread out. Comfy beds and very well furnished kitchen. Had a great time!

This was our second time staying at this property and I sought it out specifically. Lots of room to gather and lots of room to get away. Great location.

Nice up to date townhouse style place in great area of the island!

This is a large, beautifully decorated townhouse that’s in very nice shape. The beds are very comfortable. There are lots of dishes, cups and supplies in the kitchen and the toiletries are high-end. The property management company was very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend this place.

Wow!! Coastal Crush absolutely crushed it! The location is perfect. We could walk to the beach in 3 minutes , all of our favorite restaurants and even a walk/drive through for wine and cocktails. The bedrooms are all spacious with private baths and walk in closets. The linens and bedding are so comfy! The queen room was perfect for the teenagers to hang out and play Xbox... thanks for the HDMI cable. The kitchen is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was also nice having a desk to work from home in the master. We used Shipt app and had groceries delivered right to the front door upon arrival so we could hit the beach ASAP. We will definitely return soon. Thanks for a great stay.

This house has everything and more that you will need! It was very clean and only a short walk away from the beach. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Absolutely fantastic! Everything you might need -from kitchen items to beach items. Very well appointed. Linens/towels top notch. Super comfortable beds. Great common areas for everyone to get together and awedome bedrooms if you wanted to get away. 5 porches! Loved it and would love to stay again.
