The accommodation was ideal for a short break. It was nice to have a private garden as well. One free parking space was ideal.
The information about the accommodation and area was provided digitally. Paper copies would have been easier to use for us.

The cleanliness was very poor bed was not made properly ,windows on the property were filthy, toe nails in the bed and on the floor and Clumps of hair on floor

We struggled to work the heating for hours as there were no instructions - after much messaging back and forth we got sent some instructions so could work instantly. one heater wasn’t working in lounge.
worst of all , the Tv on the stand was accidentally knocked off by myself , however it would’ve only wobbled if the legs were secure but the two legs weren’t screwed in so you could literally pull them out - therefore it wasn’t installed / correctly safe. the TV wasn’t new yet the owner charged my credit card £250 for replacement - despite similar new TVs at < £200 - and also it wasn’t brand new so we shouldn’t be charged for a new replacement - we should only be charged for a used replacement which would’ve been obtained for between £100-150. Contacted the owner who is yet to agree to any deduction. will not be using again. be warned.

Parking space. Proximity to town and river for walks. Sainsbury’s on doorstep. House light, bright, clean and comfortable in a nice quiet cul de sac. Great towels supplied.
New build with thin walls etc. so sound carries throughout. Only 1 sofa so if more than 3 staying nowhere to sit except at the dining table. Need instructions for use of hob and heating.
Parking space outside is for 3 cars although only 2 identified for houses 1 & 2, so apparently I’d parked across 2 small spaces on arrival. Was then blocked in by a neighbour who left a note telling me so.

Great location, easy to find, local amenities and good parking.
Good size lounge and two double bedrooms, clean and comfortable decor.
There was an awful, awful smell in the kitchen.
It was the first thing we noticed as we entered the property and unfortunately it only got worse throughout.
The unfortunate fact is, one must walk through the kitchen to get to the lounge, so the horrible smell was unavoidable.
It made the whole stay extremely uncomfortable, we tried to spend minimal time in the kitchen.
It certainly doesn't feel worth the amount of money we paid for a private residence for 3 days.

The location was ideal for us. Easy to find. Lovely quiet place.
Comfortable downstairs sofa..enough for 3 but any more staying there are no more chairs, apart from the dining chairs.

The holding deposit is such a faff, and burried in the small print. Really put me on edge the whole time as the rules are very particular, limits relaxation!
Cleaning could have been better, did let the company know but they didn't respond to update when we checked out.
These were small things but with out them I would rate it a superb stay instead of just a good stay.

Good Central location, very clean, quiet area, great value for money, the house is pristine condition, dedicated parking space. Would definitely book it again when I’m staying in Worcester
Up front payment not good, onerous t&c’s that require signature security deposit, this made the renting process overly complicated
