Es bonito y amplio

Pasamos frío la calefacción es insuficiente para lograr la temperatura óptima normal para poder estar bien, la primera noche dormimos los niños y nosotros con abrigos hasta el día siguiente que después de pedirlo desde el momento que llegamos nos trajeron calentadores . Para aparcar es en el casco antiguo no hay posibilidad de aparcar cerca hay a 10 min caminando y las escaleras son muy altas si se va con niños muy pequeños es peligrosa

Location is very quiet but far from anything. It is a downtown of small town near to Valencia. Fully equipped apartments with all you need.

No parking place. If you travel with car it is not convinient. Every eveining you need to find a parking place around or use a public parking with 10-15 minutes walking distance. Second floor, no lift, very narrow stairs, not easy to go upstares and sownstairs with luggage and small kids.

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located and near various facilities such as supermarkets etc. The living area and kitchen are rather spacious. A bonus for people travelling with kids is that it had a playing kitchen and some toys available.

It was rather difficult to cook, only 2 pans and one pot was available and not even a colander was included. Cleaning supplies are very limited also, no sponge or cloth to wipe down table and counters etc. Pillows left without a pillow cover. To note - parking is rather difficult to fine, best bets are near the market or near the railway. In order to enter the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.

The house is beautiful with spatious living room with open kitchen and huge comfortable roof terrace with a lovely view of the church. Nice shower. Great TV. Miguel and Diana responded quickly to any doubts we had and when we told them of lack of forks they soon supplied more. They responded perfectly in Spanish and English. We knew parking would be difficult but there is parking space 6 minutes from the house and it is an easy walk.

There was a leak below the kitchen sink that was not fixed during our stay but that may be partly due to the festive holidays. A check on the state of cutlery and pans would have been needed before our stay. There was an iron but no ironing board.

Location close to the University. Good restaurant nearby. Few tourists.

One of the rooms lacked power inlets. Only 1 fork for eating.
