Excellent location and homely.

No iron or washing machine if staying longer-term

The place is super modern and in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and downtown. It's clean, cozy and well furnished with the necessary. I love coffee, so I was super happy with the coffee machine in the morning and my tea at night!

Wonderful apartment, very clean and nicely furnished. I was very happy there.

There could be more pots to cook with and an oven. I don’t use a microwave.

Everything was exactly as on photos and descriptions. Nice, clean and comfy apartment with pretty much everything you may need on vacation (maybe few more kitchen utensils could be desired, not that critical though). Great and swift response/support from hosts. Really convenient location of apartment just few minutes of easy walking from central part of resort and main beach.

There is a building/construction site just few meters from balcony. They start working and creating noise at 8 a.m.Normaly we are up by that time so no problem. However would be nice to know such things during booking process. But the main problem and real deal breaker - disastrous soundproofing . You'll hear almost everything that neighbors do. So if you are as unlucky with inadequate neighbors as we were get ready for some sleepless nights. Unfortunately few days of our vacation were spoiled by that. So this is the only reason why I would never come back to that apartment.

Stunning apartment. All fixtures and fittings of the highest quality - super comfortable beds, great bed linen/towels, excellent air conditioning, superb shower. Location perfect - beach <5 min walk, station a comfortable <10min walk - street quiet at night - as a lone female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable here!!

If you’re a light sleeper an eye mask and ear plugs would be advisable. Apartment on ground floor so could hear anyone passing including traffic and car alarms (but at night this really was minimal) Also depends who else is staying - people above booked a taxi and checked out at 4am which was very noisy, also a family with children were staying and when around you certainly knew. Having said that I’m pretty laid back and an erratic sleeper so didn’t really bother me! Would it stop me returning - not a chance :)

Very clean and access to the property was simple.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates and notified the property on the same day. They told me to contact booking to issue the refund for the extra day paid however when booking contacted the host, they decided to NOT issue the refund after telling me to do so. This was very disappointing

An excellent place to stay in Espinho. I really appreciated the fact that the owners let us check in earlier since we arrived at Porto airport at 7:30 am. The location was great nearby the sea where we took our surf lessons, close to the train station, where we took the train to go to Porto and close to many restaurants. The apartment itself is well designed with nice furniture and comfort. If we visit Espinho again, we will choose this place without second thought!!

The apartment is very cozy and confortable. It had all we need for the stay, was calm and silent. And the balcony was big enough to stay a while for some “chill time”.

The building and the apartments are newly renovated, we really enjoyed the modern interior finish. There's a TV in every room. Air conditioning works well. The apartment has two terraces with Jacuzzi in one of them. The host was very friendly. You can open the door using your app. There's a place in the 0 level where you can leave the stroller.

The baby bed barely fits in the bedroom, so you either have to move the bed (leaving very little space for moving in the room) or the baby sleeps in the living room/kitchen (not possible in our case). Also there was no blockade for the stairs (there are stairs inside the penthouse apartment) so it would be dangerous to leave a small child unattended even for 10 seconds.

We really liked this place. We got an upgrade which made us really happy, as it was a better apartment for our baby. Everything is modern and new. We were pleasantly surprised about how clean things were, probably one of the cleanest places we have ever been (and we are super picky with that). Definitely coming back.

We liked everything. Personally, we would prefer to have a sofa instead of the lounge chairs, but they were comfortable.

The jacuzzi was excellent to use after our daily walk and after a afternoon on the beach

A broom for sweeping up a little bit would have been helpful

Hand towel would be handy in the kitchen area

Great location. Very comfortable, modern and clean apartments, especially this app. with jacuzzi. The apartament was well equipped (There is all what you need.) Good contact with hosts. There are electronic keys (pin codes)to the appartments which are good option.
