Fabulous location a minute from the town centre and a short flat walk to the beach

great location and very tastefully furnished

Cottage was lovely, clean and cozy and very convenient for all amenities.

The cottage had a few faults , the toilet would double flush and then sometimes not flush, the door lock on the bathroom kept falling off, dirty mark on the bedroom carpet ,the cottage has a lovely Sumnerhouse outside with big TV, but not usable in the winter months as too cold, no TV downstairs ,have to watch in the bedrooms upstairs .

It was absolutely immaculate!!! they thought of everything!!! the light on the stairs - torch by the bed ! bed so comfy and no tv in front room but we realised big room in the stable comfy sofa and big tv ! but we didn’t use as winter i am sure there was heating in there ! perfect 👌

No toilet up stairs !! but beautiful bathroom down stairs !!!

Lovely cottage in a fantastic location. Check in Instructions were very clear. Good access to parking during our stay. The cottage is perfect for 4 people with everything you need for a happy stay. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The stairs were very steep so keep in mind if you have mobility issues. We were happy during our stay and would recommend :)

Two days in a row (between 18:00 and 19:00) a smoke detector showed up, although no one smoked in the house. It was very unpleasant and greatly frightened us, the mood deteriorated. Please fix this issue.

convenient to the high street, modernized kitchen & bath, comfortable bed!

lights in kitchen need to be brighter (light over sink didn’t work). Bathroom would benefit from a towel hook at sink and shower caddy for soap/shampoo.

The location was excellent very quiet but near everything The quality was very good and beds and chairs were comfortable

Parking was difficult to find but was free and we did not move car for all our stay.The main disappointment was with wardrobe space there was none. T shirt hanging space only except from hooks on back of doors for longer things. The back bedroom could use a mirror.Also toilet and bathroom downstairs
