After placing us in a clean room. The rooms are nice. Love the up dated hotel and location.

The night staff was rude, and especially the young lady that was holding the role of management was completely unprofessional and does not need to be in that position. I do not see us spending our money here again after dealing with the unprofessional staff .

There were people standing at the front door smoking which was unpleasant, there was very little toilet paper in the bathroom which would have been a problem had I not caught it before going to the bathroom, had to track down a new roll as they don't put an extra roll in the bathrooms. There was a plastic bag on the smoke detector in my room. I booked a King and it was not ready at check in at 5:30pm so I got a queen bed. Thankful for a clean room.

No smoking at the front entrance doorway, very little toilet paper in the bathroom and remove the plastic bag off the smoke alarm.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, the breakfast was either cereal, waffles or yogurt. Not much of a choice for people with disabilities.

Not enough staff to provide quality service

was told they had hot breakfast, but all they had was waffles, ran out of coffee, had no creamer one day, no pastries, very disappointing

first time I ever went to a multi floor motel that had no elevator, had to carry luggage up stairs, poor for elderly folks

Rooms have new room smell as it was completely renovated. Half the price as the hotels next door, Holiday inn and Hampton Inn, which have old TVs and Furniture. This hotel had 55inch TV and everything new

loved the location and loved how well everything is kept up! the room we stayed in was wonderful and comfortable!

The staff was very friendly, nice and attentive.

Bathtub should have been updated during the renovation. Room was not very clean upon entry . Dust behind furniture and hair from previous guest in bathtub
