My friends and family had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful lakeside home! I would highly recommend this fun, spacious cabin.

Such a cute cabin and a great place to hang out. The property is very clean and has everything (and more) that you would need. We had an question and Nikki responded asap and was so helpful.

This was such a magical place. It felt like an old time cabin but with all the new amenities and a big downstairs with 4 bedrooms and a huge kitchen with plenty of room for our family. And we made great memories and wonderful times there. Our family Christmas was wonderful, thank you SO much

My family travelled to Chetek for a funeral for my father in law which was also over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed to spend precious time with family. The Host is very responsive to any questions you may have also.

Eight guys are in our group thar annually gets together for a long weekend. Have been doing so for a long time but decided to try a new place more centrally located. Found this VRBO property on line and confirmed it as it’s on a beautiful lake and had multiple bedrooms that accommodated our group. It looked great on line and one even exceeded that in person. Great layout that is so much nicer and stoked with endless extras to accommodate your stay. Best fire pit area I’ve seen right next to the lake. Main floor and downstairs are beautifully done and so practice for group and family use. Pontoon boat available important to us and also well done by owners. Just a great time. I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to insure where they are going exceeds the expectation you have when you get there. Owners are super to work with.

Another amazing stay at this cabin. Total of 9 people between our 2 families. 4 adults and 5 boys. There is something for all of us to do.

We had a beautiful, sunny week on the water! The house was great, room for everyone to be together, or have some quiet time either on the deck, basement living room, or upstairs spaces! Close to stores and shops.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Plenty of room, great view and an awesome deck to enjoy the beautiful weather we had. The owners were very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Would definitely consider staying here again. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was our 2nd year staying here and we already booked for next year! Great location on the lake, house with plenty of room for everyone (10 adults and 6 kids under 11) and a huge deck to enjoy the weather. Now if only the fish would cooperate....

We have been to several different cabins over the years, and this one is at the top of the list. It was clean, had great amenities, plenty of space (loved sitting out on the deck), perfect location, and the owner was wonderful and communicative :-). Hoping to enjoy it agin in the future!

A beautiful home with a great layout, when you walk in, there’s a feeling of nostalgic history combined with a modern flare. We absolutely loved the dinning area that overlooked the lake and the home had so many amenities. Not only kids but also the adult’s loved the arcade games along with all the board games. The kitchen is huge and so many bedrooms to choose from. The home is clean with many extras incase you forget something from home. Being 2 minutes from town was great for a pizza run. It was an exceptional weekend spent with family… making memories!! We’re returning to enjoy it in the summer, we can’t wait to sit out on the deck and down by the water at the bonfires!! Thank you for sharing your peice of paradise with us!!

This home has plenty of room to move around and table space to eat dinner and breakfast and lunch together for a large group. Works perfect for adults and kids, each have their own space to relax.

We stayed at the house for New Years weekend, it is perfect for big groups. The home is very beautiful, nice layout of the bedrooms and very spaceous. We will come back again!

This house was the perfect gathering spot for friends who were scattered all over Wisconsin and Minnesota. Well maintained property and the lakefront was fantastic!

As a group of 6 women, it was a great option. We could have accommodated more. The layout was great, there was plenty of eating space, and we enjoyed our time! This would also be a good option for a family with children. The lake view is marvelous. If you have a much larger group, please note there is no dishwasher and not enough dishes to feed a group bigger than about 8. There are plenty of paper plates and silverwear. We were ok with washing our dishes, but that is something to consider. There is only one shower plus a bathtub. There is enough hot water for 5 so showers and dishes would need to be staggered for a larger group. All messages were returned by the owner, the house was very clean, and we really enjoyed our time in Chetek.

It was perfect for us...we needed a place bigger for our family as we were attending our sons wedding . The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and worked well for our size of group. The beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Our extended family of 15 ( AGES 2-65) Stayed in your home for 5 days. The space was ideal. We made due with one shower and no dishwasher, that was not a big deal at all. The lake water was a bit on the green side, but we went out on the lake and found plenty of spots to jump in and have fun. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Plenty of parking for our boat trailers and other cars. Thank you for sharing your home.

We loved it! This place has it all - anything we needed - it was there! We could see the kids playing in the water from the deck. The bonfire area is beautifully finished. We were a little worried with only having the one shower but it wasn't an issue at all. Nikki was awesome to work with. The only negative thing is someone has already booked our week for next year already.

My multigenerational family (15 of us ages 88 to 16 years old) just returned from an amazing few days on the Chetek Chain of Lakes and this beautiful cabin. Right from the start the host was easy to work with and quickly available for a few check-in questions - with plenty of parking for multiple cars and a boat trailer. The view of the lake can't be beat, and the location so close to town for shopping and exploring was great!! The cabin was beautiful and unique with plenty of room for all our various activities - from eating our meals together, watching old home videos on the huge big screen TVs upstairs and downstairs, big tables for game nights, a large bonfire concrete pad right by the lake, and a huge wrap around deck for plenty of space to relax and read books/watch boats whiz by on the lake. All the rooms where nicely decorated with comfortable beds and the girl cousins enjoyed bunking up with each other downstairs (but they're college students, so they are used to that)! There was also a ton of pots, pans, bowls, etc. for cooking which was great - and a freezer/fridge upstairs & downstairs - and another wine/beverage cooler too! A couple recommendations if you're coming with a larger group: There is no dishwasher so you might want to bring paper plates/forks/spoons (or get those dishwasher duties assigned early)! Bring extra TP as it's not an unlimited supply There are only 2 bathrooms (1 shower, but I think I read they are putting in a second one this fall) so you will most likely have a few line ups for the bathroom in the morning/evenings but it wasn't a huge deal. Bring extra camping chairs for the fit pit That's it!! Highly recommend - and we will be back!

We spent 5 days there as a friends and family vacation. The property was extremely clean and Nikki was always in close communication with us the entire time. The view was incredible from the deck and it made for a great place to congregate. We are all looking forward to our next opportunity to visit.

Had a wonderful time! The renovations of this place are beautiful! Would’ve been great to have one more shower for 16 of us, but we actually found that the showering went pretty smoothly with all of us.

We spent the weekend mostly on the deck enjoying the weather or on the lake catching walleye. The fire pit was perfect to relax around at night and the kids even swam around the shore, as it is sandy, and fished off the dock.

Great property and host. The house was nice and clean and had plenty of space for the 9 people that were in the group. I would book this place again if I was planning another trip to the Chetek area!!
