This house was so bad we left and booked a hotel in Cherry Creek. We were in town for a family wedding and we had our children with us. The lower level was freezing cold and it was 85° outside. The house is not in a good area at all. There was a homeless man walking around the outside of the house. I did not feel safe leaving my children to go to the grocery store which was very far away. The owners did not offer to refund any of our money even the cleaning fee and we were not there for only one hour. Nothing it was touched.

The house was actually a bit bigger than we expected and accommodated our trip to Denver perfectly. It is close enough to everything and right off the highway. We enjoyed our time there and wouldn't hesitate to book Stefan's place again if we return to Denver. His communication was second to none. There were a few nice small touches that really demonstrated to us that he is invested in his guests enjoying their time in his home. He is definitely the type of host you hope for when you book a place on VRBO.

Great place to stay, plenty of room and easy to get anywhere in Colorado.
