We had our adult sons come visit and wanted somewhere close to the beach so we didn’t have to drive back and forth from Pasco each day. Also needed accommodation for a dog, which limited our options. This house is walking distance from the water, clean, comfortable with a private back yard, parking, full kitchen, pool table, pretty much everything we needed. This is an older home but well-kept and we were quite comfortable staying there.

The home is beautiful in a great area. The home has no heat or hot water. We notified the property manager immediately upon arrival. For the first 3 days of our stay it was pouring down rain and in the 50’s. We had to wear jackets inside, and sleep in sweatshirts and other warm clothing. We were told that they couldn’t get anyone out to fix the heat for a week, and that a part was ordered and would take 2 weeks to arrive. How a property manager who’s not a certified HVAC professional can get a part ordered on a Sunday while standing in front of my family who never saw gee order the part, to find out it would take 2 weeks to arrive, tells us she knew the heat wasn’t working prior to us arriving. She then contacted the company she worked for letting them know she had pictures of a woman putting on makeup using a floor fan which proves the house was warm enough, and that the pictures of my family outside with no jackets on means the weather was warm enough for us to not need heat. After the rain passed it was warm during THE DAY! It was in the 70’s but at night it went down into the 50’s. The property manager called my family liars, and said we are playing games in order to get a refund. The guest bath has no hot water in the shower, and were told that all 5 adults staying in the home could share the master bath shower. We have been refused any type of refund by the property manager and her company Evolve. The home has no heat or hot water period! Something should’ve been done!

Place was super clean and very convenient to everything we wanted to do.

We rented this property for myself and 7 coach/athletes that were competing in a ninja warrior competition in Pinellas Park. The only problem we had in communication was when I first rented it, I had a delayed response on some questions that ended up being inconsequential. As we approached the time of the visit, communication was excellent, informative, and accurate. When we pulled up to the property, it didn’t look that impressive and the road was very narrow and crowded. But, when we got in the front door, the first thing I heard from my athletes was “Wow! This place is great!” And exclamations continued as they passed the pool table and checked out the rest of the place. Other than the fact that the original listing had some confusion about the number of bedrooms, everything was as good or better than advertised. Kitchen was spacious and everything in working order. We were only there for two days and mostly just slept there and chilled there in the late evening. It was convenient to the beach and to everything we needed to get to. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer to enjoy the backyard setting and grilling. We tend to come to this area once or twice a year for competitions and this will be our go to place anytime we come with more than 3 people!

Very nice house, sleeps 8 comfortably without any air mattresses. Lake behind the property is not the nicest. Very nice house inside. Plenty of beach gear, towels & fun yard games. Grill & plenty of amenities.

Said four bathrooms in listing! Only had two. Pool table was the worse pool table I ever played on and the one ball exploded the first night we stayed there. Open food and drinks left in the refrigerator! Dishwasher smelled really bad! I’m looking into getting a refund because I had to rent another place because two of my quest needed a private bathroom for medical reasons!

Any time the Chicago White Sox are in town, friends and family from Chicago who now live in Fort Myers all make the trip, hopefully this is always available to rent, what an amazing house. We loved it!!!

The house was in perfect conditions very nice and clean set up again want to give Michelle a high five for coordinating everything and doing a great job with this property
