Location Easy walk to many things nearby Always things happening right down the street Lots of Eateries outside your door! The 3d party company was very responsive to any unit issues, but then again… it’s 3d party.

Hotel Tour Concierge RUDE, UNINTERESTED, NOT WELCOMING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WARMTH, NOT ACCOMMODATING, and OVER CHARGED US!!!! Unit advertising picture is NOT what you get. Unit needs work, maintenance and upkeep, revamp (drapery stained, couch seats warn, etc)

The grounds were nice and well maintained. The room was spacious

The room had no AC. It was so miserable being in the room. The dishwasher didn’t work. Even though the room looked nice at first, the more you looked the more you realized it needed work. Especially the master bathroom.

Ocean view, ample parking, use of BBQ’s

Pool could use some remodeling and a bar by the pool would be nice; gym needs remodeling

the sliding door to the patio was screwed shut. We found a few safety issues. ceiling fans globes were all cracked, some light switches didn’t work, lamp wiring was taped and coming undone, the temp control on the shower were broke, and during a very windy night the huge glass sliding door came off the top hinge and was falling inward. Vacasa was notified and they did come and did some quick fixes so we wouldn’t get burned by the shower water or electrocuted by the lamp. very bummed we couldn’t use the slide door to the patio. My mother has ADA access needs and that why we picked this location, first floor and water front view.

Location was great and the layout of the condo was spacious! Watching the sunrise was a plus too.

Was not aware that there was no AC in our unit. With kids and in the middle of august, it was a little hot for our liking. After a long day out in the heat, the first thing we wanted to do was cool off. We had a small bathroom issue, but they were very quick to take care of it for us!

Did not have breakfast there. Location of Pono Kai was perfect for traveling to sites North and South Kauai....also convenient to shop and dine in neighborhood (Kapaa, Waipole, Lihue, Nawiliwili).

The only thing that we thought was a bit below average was the sitting couch in the living room...uncomfortable to lay in and watch TV.

Bed was too small. No mention a queen bed in the ad. should have a king.

Location was great for beach, stores, restaurants!

The staff wasn’t very friendly but I’m letting that slide because of COVID. Just happy everything was still open, games were fun! Pool and hot tub was great too! Beautiful location and perfect beach access
