The location of this rental was perfect as we were visiting our children who attend BYU. The house was as described in the listing and the kitchen had everything one could ask for to prepare a family meal. Our one disappointment was that on one night of our stay, a dog in the rental above woke us at 4:30 in the morning and continued to bark for 4 hours. We tried to contact the host about the issue to see if it could be resolved, but they never responded to us. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

The apartment was as advertised. Nice and clean. Well setup and stocked kitchen for any cooking and eat in options. Plenty of parking. Plenty of beds for a large family.
The contact was quick to respond via text to resolve a dog barking continually in the upstairs living space after being left alone. The foot steps from the upstairs apartment can be very loud and can be bothersome if you are trying to sleep-in.

The apartment was as advertised. Nice and clean. Well setup and stocked kitchen for any cooking and eat in options. Plenty of parking. Plenty of beds for a large family.

We had originally booked another home closer to the freeway. However we have two daughters who attend BYU and they convinced us to find a place closer to campus. We hit the jackpot with this place. It was close to campus, very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I would recommend the this place and hope to stay here again.

The property was in a very convenient location. Clean and well stocked. Would come back.

Very clean and accommodating for all 11 of us. We would stay there again however the second bedroom had a very firm/hard bed (not my preference) and the frame made LOTS of noise with every move made. So I didn't get very good sleep. Also the walls/ceiling are very thin and can hear walking and talking in other rooms and house above. But again...very nice and would return. Very nicely decorated and comfortable.

The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is phenomenal to BYU's campus. I don't know that you could find a house to rent that is closer. We walked to everything on campus. The only complaint is the children didn't like the itchy pillowcases. Nothing to prevent a serious 5-star rating! Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful home!

Location is AMAZING

This is a great house. Super clean and newly remodeled. Has everything you need. Good use of space with 3 bedrooms and 8 beds. Great location if you are looking to stay close to BYU. Host is great with communication.
