This property was wonderful and comfortably fit 9 adults plus two kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quail Run North.

Lovely and spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Plenty of attractions and restaurants within a short drive.

We rented the place so we had room for a family gathering for the winter graduation at NAU. We had 12 adults and 3 toddlers. There was room for all. It was unfortunate that the decks were under construction, but regardless all of the young people had plenty of room and the tots had quiet at bed time because we all went downstairs. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and we brought all our food with us. And it was super close to campus and to my kid’s off campus apartment. Aliesha was very accommodating. It was a great time!

The home is beautiful; exactly as represented. Well stocked with towels, bedding, and basic needs. We had a group of 9 adults and 2 kiddos and there were plenty of both group and private spaces for everyone. The owner was communicative and extremely easy to work with. We'll definitely be back!

The house was perfect for a large family group at Thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of space for everyone. 10 minute drive to downtown and hiking, walkable to trails.

House was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately was not able to use the backyard (which was the reason for selection) due to ongoing renovation of deck.

We were in town for a family wedding and had 9 adults and 2 toddlers in the house for a long weekend. The house was absolutley perfect, had tons of space, and had every little thing you could’ve needed (even baby gates for the stairs!). We loved the extra guest suite in the basement and everyone felt like they had their own space which was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walks. The owners were very easy to get ahold of if anything came up as well! We’re already wanting to plan another trip back as we had such a great time!

We had a great stay in Flagstaff to celebrate with family and friends. The residence was perfect size for our group and needs with easy access to the area and attractions. All in all a memorable stay and we would look to rent again if we return.

This house was so comfortable, every amenity you could possibly need with a full stocked kitchen. We had a large family get together here and enough space for everyone to spread out. Location is convenient to Snowbowl (only a 20 minute drive). All the restaurants you could want in close proximity. Aleisha was super easy to work with!

This place is perfect for multiple families with living spaces upstairs and downstairs to accommodate! You can tell it is freshly remodeled with everything clean and new. Great location as well! Kids had a blast building a snowman, playing outside and playing inside with games and activities.

This house has everything anyone could need/want! We traveled across country so we were excited to see that the amenities listed were accurate and even had more. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was spotless! I’m not sure when I will make it to Arizona again, but if I do, I would stay here!

Our family of 8 adults was in town for a family wedding. The place was perfect for us! The house was well equipped and very nicely decorated.

Nice big house for large group. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 kiddos and there was plenty of room for all of us! Downstairs has its own bedroom, living room w tv and kitchenette. Backyard is perfect for eating outdoors. Neighborhood is nice and close to town and walking distance to park. We definitely plan to stay here again and hope to soon!

The house has been recently redecorated and was very clean. The house supplies were exceptionally well stocked. The home is in the midst of the Flagstaff Urban Trails. Great for a walk, run or bike ride!

The house was amazing. It fit our family perfectly. It was nice and cozy for the winter. I would definitely recommend others to VRBO this house. It was warm, the bed was comfy, and just all around great. No complaints.

My group consisted of 9 adults, 2 teens and 1 kid. The place had enough place to us all and more; there was a spare queen size Murphy bed that we didn’t use! As soon as we entered the house we were welcomed by a fragrant scent. Everything was clean and neat. The only comment I can think of is the main dining table which was not able to seat us all together. Other than that everything else was perfect. The host/owner was also very pleasant to communicate with and responds to emails right away. I would definitely recommend this quiet and beautiful place in Flagstaff!

We wanted to get away from the heat down in the valley while our boys were all fishing out of state. It was me, my daughter and 2 daughter in laws along with the all my grandchildren. We chose this house because we were looking for a big enough place for each of the Moms to have their own room - as each of them had a 6 month old (yes Covid was good to this grandma). Honestly the house was beyond my expectations! The rooms were huge - each girl was able to have a bed and setup up their pack n play with plenty of room. My 2 older grandkids took the room with the bunk beds. We have one of the 3 babies that doesn't sleep well and we put her and her mom downstairs - we never heard a peep. The huge TV downstairs was a hit for my oldest grandson as he plugged in his game and was able to play video games. We used the kitchen for every meal - there wasn't a thing missing. 2 different kinds of coffee pots - a regular one and a keurig along with a milk frother! The beds and sheets were SO comfortable. The house was spotless. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner and there were individual shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. The details the homeowner were wonderful. I used the garage each morning to workout in - it was perfect. The bottle of wine they left was the cherry on the sundae, along with the beautiful weather we experienced while we were there. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
