Always love staying at Mollies! Great location for work, lovely rooms and food over at the diner.

Found a young person on reception quite rude and abrupt, although this was rectified by another member of staff who was very helpful and kind.

Really nice rooms that are modern with comfy beds.

Not having a kettle in the room and having to get hot water from a tap outside that was dangerous with the self closing doors. Housekeeping knocking on the door at the exact check out time felt unnecessary and rushed. The restaurant was very slow service but the food was good.

We booked Bruce Springsteen tickets for Cardiff quite late, and the nearby accommodation prices were off the scale by then. Someone suggested we drive to Bristol for the night (questionable advice with hindsight), and a nephew recommended Mollies. I loved that we could turn up at any time (we finally did at 1am). I thought the room was great, looked better than I'd expect in a Motel. I knew nothing about Mollies, and was heading to reception to ask about a kettle (as tea and coffee were provided) when I spotted the hot/cold drinking water tap in the corridor. Glad I hadn't already undressed! And I wasn't happy to get the teas in the morning with my bed-head, but luckily my husband didn't mind. The shower pressure was great, as were the towels. Good hairdryer too, and comfy beds. We had a twin room as that's all that was left when I booked, but the beds were pushed together, and separate single duvets was actually rather fab!

My nephew had been raving about the breakfast at Mollies, and I only realised when we arrived that we'd probably have to book it in the separate diner. There were few timeslots left when I checked online at 1am, and no suitable ones when I checked in the morning. We both needed our sleep due to lots of driving and decided to prioritise that rather than book a slot the night before. We ended up stopping at Gloucester Services for a tasty breakfast instead.

The room was clean and tidy, good size, bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel is right next to a busy road it was quiet in the room. Loved the hairdryer and straighteners included in the room. The hotel's aesthetic is lovely.

The lack of availability of drinks at the bar - we tried to order 5 different drinks but they couldn't be made as ingredients were out of stock; we were told that the staff were awaiting a delivery. We walked into the diner at 9:33 and were told that we couldn't order food, even to take back to our rooms. The 'last order' time for food should be detailed somewhere as we were disappointed by this but could have made alternative plans had we known food wouldn't be served from a certain time. I was surprised at the lack of room service.

The location is very handy being close to the motorway. Staff were friendly. Room was clean , tidy and quiet

Didn’t like there are no kettles in the room you have to go down the hall to a hot tap and get water which isn’t very handy in your pjs in the morning or last thing at night . I don’t think there was a lift either . The basin was in the hall way of the room not in the bathroom. No bath

Everything was perfect cannot find one thing wrong from staff to room, was so nice.

It was very handy for visiting clients in Bristol with being just off the motorway and has EV charging Although my EV charging facility was missed the kind reception chap got me set up on an EV charger on the front of the property
