This was a great location and a wonderful apartment with fantastic views! It was so nice to have a grocery store downstairs and a real kitchen for days when I had meetings from 7:30 am to 10:30 pm and could make something at "home" late at night and not go out again or wait for delivery.

My husband & I brought my nephew to “the big city” from Kansas City, MO & had a fantastic time! Location was perfect to see so much w/ easy ride options for farther away destinations, while the views from the unit are some of the best we’ve had while traveling. Would recommend to anyone!

The property was very clean and secure with a beautiful skyline. The location was perfect we were walking distance to everything downtown/south loop. The property was very quiet. We were able to get all this for a good price.

Easy and comfortable

The property manager required I send sensitive personal data (photo of gov't identification, names of my children) to them via SMS or email prior to check in... My objections were met with "so you'd like to cancel the booking?". Rearranging travel plans mid-trip was highly undesirable, so I assumed this massive risk of identity theft and sent the information. The stranger I was communicating with confirmed receipt, then ordered me to PRINT some paperwork. I replied that we were already in the middle of an extended multi-week vacation (we fully intended to make this and other bookings mid-trip to allow us flexibility with dates) and therefore without access to a printer. The host stated that I should "take an Uber to Kinkos" because without this printed paperwork, we would be denied entry. This was an extremely frustrating, atypical, and risky booking process, so while I will not book again any property from this host, the place itself and the location were all as described

Excellent overall, one minor complaint. Pretty sure it's the nature of the beast but the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable for our son and his wife. They fixed it by putting the mattress on the floor, after which they slept very well. Not sure it's fixable as I said the nature of the beast.

We visited our children in Chicago. Had Thanksgiving dinner and watched football with our three adult kids in the apartment. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating. The gym was in great shape. All in all, a great experience

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here as we explored Chicago. The apartment was in the perfect location- close to local attractions and had a subway stop right around the corner. We were visiting Chicago to tour colleges with our son. This penthouse was a great place to stay for this trip. The view, amenities, proximity to everything…it was just so perfect. Dealing with the property owners was super easy and they were very detailed in their instructions for check in, check out and everything in between. We will recommend this to our family and friends and will likely be back in the future. Thanks again for an amazing experience!

We spent nine days in Chicago and could not have chosen a better place to stay. The views are incredible ! The unit was very clean and well furnished. The security for the building was excellent. The guys that manned the desk downstairs were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The parking garage was conveniently located and reasonable. What more could you ask for ! We will certainly stay there again !!

This is an exceptionally clean and well maintained unit. So quiet and comfortable. We loved the location and the service from the doormen was outstanding. There was so much within walking distance. The king sized bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had the pleasure of staying here while I had a conference at the Marriott Mag Mile (super easy walking distance). The unit had everything we could have asked for and more. The amenities on the 9th floor were a wonderful surprise for my spouse and son. Bed was super comfortable. The view was breathtaking, especially at night. You are right on top of a grocery store, super close to Eataly, and right on the CTA line if you are going to take the train. Look no further and book this unit!
