This is a wonderful lakefront property. The lake and mountain views are incredible! The home is thoughtfully and meticulously maintained. Our family enjoyed our stay, and will be back in the future.

The property was spacious enough for 6 people and the lake is beautiful. We brought our own boat which proved to be tricky since there is no trailer storage at the house. However, the property manager, Jessica, worked hard to resolve our problem and found us a place to store our trailer. The only negative about our stay was the gnat infestation that plagued us our entire stay. We reported it to the property manager so I'm sure it was taken care of. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The pictures of the deck, yard, and lake did not disappoint. This is a truly special property, with lake and mountain vistas. The house is thoughtfully appointed and well maintained. Whether you are enjoying a day on the lake, or a cool afternoon lounging on the back porch, this is a great place to enjoy some time off.

Loved this property for Thanksgiving! We had just the right amount of space for our family, the view was incredible the house was beautiful & comfortable and the owner was very responsive!

What a great Blue Ridge property! The view was just stunning. It was a perfect weekend spot for our family which included our older parents, adults and teens. There was plenty of room for everyone and nice sleeping accomodations. The beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths were adequate for a party of 8. The outdoor living area/porch was where we spent a lot of time, from coffee in the am to grilling out and eating on the side deck. We rented a boat from the Blue Ridge Marina and spent the day travelling around the lake and tubing. There is a little beach area that is in a protected cove that was perfect and the dock was easy to get in/out with our pontoon rental. Pro/Con - the property is located at the end of a point off a narrow road like you would expect to get to such an awesome spot to unwind, con if you have forgotten something or need to pick up groceries or go out to dinner. We ate all our meals at the house so no problem for our party. A few suggestions to the hosts: it would be nice if there were basic pantry items available like oil/vinegar, and coffee, creamer and sugar as it is a drive to the store if you have forgotten them. Also, the grill needs the gas covers replaced so that you don't burn your steaks. The cushions could be replaced on the patio so that you could enjoy the view more fully. Overall, it was a beautiful property. We're considering a trip for the leaf change already!

What a special place! Perfect latitude and longitude for some Walden-worthy peace and quiet. Such a lovely, well-appointed, comfortable home designed with good taste and well-thought-out spaces for gathering. Also, some sweet little nooks for snatching a bit of solitude with a good book. If you’re looking for a rest and reset destination, this is an excellent choice.

The views are amazing! The house is very nice, but it wasn't very clean and the hot tub needs to be dealt with. Those are easy fixes and overall I would recommend staying here.

Great home and perfect for our family stay!

The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars ⭐️ all the way across was the living room throw rug was not vacuumed and full of dog hair. When we called Jessica to let her know we didn’t receive a call back. #2 The master bathroom had a sanitizing wrap in the toilet confirming it had been cleaned, but when I (Wife) went to use it for the 1st time not sure if it was feces,dirt, black rust or what by the toilet handle and on the seat itself. I had to re-clean the toilet seat etc. just in case. I would recommend this property and I’m sure these things were just an oversight. Beautiful Place all the way around!! You will not be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. We just had one issue with dirty sheets on one of the beds. The house is a short boat ride to the marina but a bit of a drive to town. It was great having a dock to tie our boat up to and space to hang out, and it’s on deep water. My grandson and granddog ran and jumped into the water all day long! :) I definitely recommend this house for a family or large group trip!

My sister and I surprised my dad for his 70th birthday and rented this house for a long weekend. I would highly recommend this place! Pros: - Lots of space with 3 bedrooms, two living rooms, big wraparound porch. - Well stocked kitchen for cooking meals and 20-25 minutes from the marina restaurant if you don't want to cook. -Nice linens on the beds and comfy furniture in the living rooms. The main bedroom upstairs has a pretty firm mattress, FYI. - Very clean and updated home - Hot tub with amazing view! It's under the porch so nice to sit in during a rainy day. - Lounge chairs on the beach are in the shade most of the day while the ones on the dock are in sun so you have options - In a cove so safe swimming away from passing boats - Dog friendly - Good communication with the property manager and also the owners (grill wasn't working and the owners texted me directly to help figure it out) Cons (and there aren't very many!): - Like many lake houses in GA, there is a long windy, narrow, gravel road to get to it. AWD is recommended, especially if rainy. And go slow around blind corners. - The house doesn't have an address number. So once we got inside the gated community, we had to look up pictures of the house on the listing to figure out which one it was. The listing calls it "Swimmers Paradise" but there is a sign at the front door that says "Evergreen", which was confusing. - Lake Blue Ridge is lowered every year towards the end of the summer and into Fall. We went in mid-August and it was already much lower than in the pictures. The good news about that is that it created a little sandy beach beyond the rocks for dogs to swim and my 2.5 year old nephew to go into the water. If the water was at normal height, it would be all rocks and not really accessible to the water except to climb down the ladder or metal stairs at the dock. Just something to note for little ones! Overall, we had a great time and would come back for sure!

This was the most wonderful house I have ever rented! I would give it 10 stars if possible. It had a beautiful view of the lake, everything we could’ve needed inside the house and more than enough room to stretch out and allow kids some privacy. We did not want to leave this haven! If you’re considering this house, don’t look any further! We are already looking at dates to return this summer with another family.
