Studio très sale, des taches de nourriture sur le mur, de la poussière sur les chaises, la table pas nettoyé

Logement spacieux et très bien équipé C'est un bon rapport qualité-prix

Un peu bruyant Nous ne pouvions pas mettre notre voiture dans la cour car déjà 3 véhicules, dommage de ne pas réserver un emplacement pour les visiteurs, surtout quand il faut décharger des affaires,mais nous avons pu nous garer facilement dans la rue à quelques dizaines de mètres. Nous avons trouvé la literie un peu souple et le linge de lit fripé, mais nous avons quand pu dormir correctement. Il manquait le cache de la chasse d'eau

Location and value for money perfect for family of 4 stop over. Local bakery at end of the road and great all you can eat buffet restaurant at Chalet du steak, 42 Rue Anthelme Brillat Savarin, 45100 about 5mins away in the car.

Needs little maintenance in bathroom / toilet.

Great for a stop off, everything you need, quiet neighbourhood and easy parking.

Our mistake but we booked the wrong date initially and paid in full (for previous month). The the first contact prior to that booking was a request for a review so it was too late to re book. The second time round when we booked for the right date we did get a prompt prior to travelling. Our fault I know but if we had a reminder email the first time round and realised in time we would have been able to cancel and rebook. It was frustrating that we couldn't contact the host directly to try and sort something out. When we were there we did try and discuss but we don't speak very good French and weren't able to explain. No issues with the accomodation though.
