Beautiful house , lovely size, there were 8 of us staying and we had plenty of room . Nice kitchen and space to get us all ready for a wedding .

The access is terrible ! Although we knew the access was up a spiral staircase out the back there is nothing like actually living it . For able bodied people in flat shoes it’s fine but I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues of any description or young children . Pets are welcome just ensure you can pick them up and carry them . Heels put them on in the garden 😬. Hot water only on between 6-9am not long enough if a large group needs hot water for an event such as a wedding which is what we were there for . The day we left it rained the staircase was slippery .

This house was just so perfect for a reunion weekend. The kitchen and living room were large enough for us to gather together (we spent most of our time around the kitchen table sharing food and conversation) but everyone had so much space to themselves in the large bedrooms if needed. Every room was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable and the view from the back was lovely. Despite most of us not being city folk anymore, we all remarked how quiet it was at night there. We had everything we needed really. Despite the scary looking spiral staircase, it was easy enough to navigate, and although there is no parking specifically for the property, it was easy to unload round the back and then find a parking space. We were lucky enough that the parking restrictions (permit only between 10am - 11am Monday to Friday) didn't coincide with our stay but I believe a permit is possible to purchase for a small price per day anyway if it had. Katie, the host, was really responsive to all my questions and needs. We would definitely come back here, especially as it is such good value for money.

A pair of scissors in the kitchen would have been helpful. I found the bedding highly scented with the washing powder and I struggle with that sometimes, but that was just me. Didn't bother anyone else. This is just feedback rather than criticism as really everything was so perfect!

I liked the shower and size of the property.

I don’t like the stairs to access the building as their very unsafe for children.

Fabulous house for a group gathering. Beds extremely comfortable. 100% suited our needs.

Spiral staircase was a bit dodgy coming down though we prepared. Unfortunately was disappointed with cleanliness. Looked spotless on first impression but every surface was dusty sweetwrappers and sugar in one of the bedroom drawers and sweet wrappers behind picture frame in living room. This did not affect our stay.
