There’s nothing to be liked about this hotel.

It’s the horibble hotel I have ever visited. They had shown a different picture in booking. Com but the reality is totally different. Worst Hotel I have ever been. I would say never rely on pictures displayed on the website.

Very very Dirty room Very very small room Too much expensive Booking.com not conveyed my booking properly I was waiting to check in at 9 pm for the room to get it ready even it should have been at 12 noon.

Nothing.

The way staff replied.

Room was clean, bath towels and bed spreads were almost like new.

No booking confirmation from Booking. Com. I have to show them from my phone about booking confirmation and insist them to allott same room which I booked. Room Kettle was not there in the room. There was water leakage in bathroom, so bathroom was always wet, slippery and shower was not working properly. Wifi was not working at all.

Comfortable bedding

The Trash bin in wash room did not had Garbage bag, and old occupant trash was still not cleared. The wardrobe is fitted in the wash room and it was not dusted properly. No provision of footmat or doormat had to walk out with wet legs in the room.
