Condo was beautiful, had amazing views! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. Austin was wonderful with assisting with anything we needed.

The only thing we didn't like was there was a horrible smell in the hallway for several days and was finally gone the night before we left.

Beautiful condo. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Large kitchen.

Key cards never worked. We had to finally resort to security, late into the night. We had to walk back and forth to the office (separate building) at least 7-10 times, between the 2 of us. We lost many hours of skiing throughout our only day/night. To say it was exhausting, is an understatement. It almost cost us, ruining our own relationship. The main bedroom most certainly, needs a new mattress. I am absolutely serious, when I say... It was as if it were a donut 🍩 shape, having a huge concave in the middle. My back still hurts! Check out time being 10am, with check in at 4pm, gives more than enough time for cleaning, yet we were startled by extreme banging on the door at exactly 10. I respect the rules (not the banging) yet having informed the owner of the nightmare we had endured, we would have at least appreciated an extra hour of rest. Especially considering what we had endured. Maybe even a complimented night, for a future stay (which we suggested)? I would have been able to give it another try, in securing a much longer stay in the future, had he been more sympathetic, than only a sorry. It all doesn't sit right, unfortunately 😕

The condo is beautiful! It is exceptionally clean and the location was amazing! The host was so informative and so very nice! Our family loved everything about it!
