Very comfortable suite, with everything provided. Very clean, close to beaches and everything from beach towels to sun umbrella and chairs provided.

We chose a water/ocean view, which meant climbing (and toting luggage, etc. up and down) 18 stairs to our lodging. Too much for 70 year olds during a week-long stay. We’d choose garden view or similar to avoid the stairs if we returned to this property.

There needed to be more bathroom towels. we received 1 set per person, which was not enough for 8 days.

They charge a $195 cleaning fee for staying in the bed and breakfast!

Charming units among an abundance of vegetation.

Manager was not on location even during the measly several hours the desk should have been open. We have lost precious time and almost missed a whole part of our itinerary just trying to elicit a response by text or phone, in lieu of an open office. “Pay at the property” does not mean a third-party website that doesn’t process non-US cards. A lack of blinds on our door, which results in zero privacy and light in our room for the whole night, should not prompt a response in the form of “there were never blinds on the door”, especially since the photos did have them. Utterly disappointed!

Host did a wonderful job with communication and always kept me up to date. That made me feel comfortable and assured that everything would go smoothly. The place was so homey, comfortable, and clean!

Easy in and out and parking and walking distance to the beach and to restaurants. Loved playing the Poipu Golf Course too.

The only shortfall at all was that the wifi was a bit spotty.

The location was great: walking distance to beach with safe swimming areas, good snorkeling spots, bathroom facilities, lifeguard tower, snoozing green turtles and monk seals. The apartment was very well outfitted and maintained. I believe management puts a lot of thought and effort into anticipating guest needs/wishes and going beyond the expectations of most.

If I had to say something about areas for improvement: office was a bit unkempt, recycling containers were all full and unsightly. But these things had minimal impact on quality of stay.
