We came from texas to visit family. The home is welcoming very spacious and clean. We felt very safe as it was just myself and 2 children. The owners Adam and his wife were very nice and quick to help when there was an issue with yhe water heater. We will definitely use this home again when visiting.

Overall, very pleased with our stay. The location was great because I needed to help care for my parents who live in a rural area. There were just a few tiny issues which I shared with the owners.

Adam was very accommodating and flexible with our schedule. Quick to answer our questions and very helpful. Would stay there again if we have the opportunity.

Perfect and spacious !!

Took a family trip here to go to Spring River. The house was great and spacious for the 7 of us. We did have trouble with one of the beds breaking but the host was quick to respond and offered to bring a new bed for us. Would definitely stay here again for our next trip.

This was such a great place for our stay! The hosts were so helpful and easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile for us in more than one way. Home was clean, smelled fresh and was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house was very easy to find and was in town, peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean and just well taken care of. We will definitely book here again when we come back. If your going rafting and book at Many Islands rentals it’s about 12 miles down the road and took us about 20 minutes to get there. The property owners always responded when I had a question about our stay. Great place to rent ❤️

Short overnight stay. This place was right on our route. The house is older but nicely renovated. Living area is large with comfy couches. Very clean and well stocked. We arrives later than expected and it was already dark, but owner had given great directions so no problems.

This place is definitely family friendly, my baby had so much fun playing with all the toys they had there. They also had a pack & play that we were able to use while we were there. The place was very clean as well. Highly recommend staying here!

This was the perfect place to meet our out of town family before heading out for a camping/canoeing trip on the 11 Point! We spent a day with just our family exploring and playing. Then the in-laws came in from FL. We had dinner and discussed the trip ahead jn the comfort of the Rock Retreat and headed out in the morning. :)

This property had been tastefully remodeled and was very clean. Positives: plenty of room for our two kids (one an adult, one 17) to have their own space. We could see how this would be a great place if you're fishing or hiking nearby. Didn't get a chance to use the firepit or grill (cute outdoor area) or the front porch swing. Downside: the main bedroom's ceiling fan remote's batteries were dead and since cell service in the area was pretty much nonexistent, couldn't contact property about it; wifi was pretty weak (I could never get connected); beds didn't have mattress covers (only fitted sheets over the mattress) and the memory foam toppers on the mattresses were just not that comfortable if you weigh over 100 pounds. Two doors down is a delapidated-by-fire house (not the property's issue, of course) and some of the neighborhood houses weren't as kept up; could hear neighbors dogs barking a lot at night and cars drag racing/engines revving up (it was a Saturday night) on a nearby main street, but, again, not within the property's control. Overall, it was a nice, clean place to stay.

Nice quiet corner that is still close to the restaurants and other parts of Thayer. Would highly recommend grabbing breakfast at the Country Cottage, which is just around the corner (and within walking distance) The only downside was that the internet service had connection issues, but so did the cell service in the whole area. A great place to get away from it all!

Size of this property was deceiving in a good way. Very roomy and so cute! Had everything we needed for our short stay to float spring river and the outdoor play set was a bonus. All your shopping needs close by and the Stateline Restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Home has been updated very well. It’s clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities. Worked great for our family. The only thing that wasn’t five stars was the neighborhood. Not a bad neighborhood, we didn’t feel unsafe, but it wasn’t very attractive either. It was difficult to find the home in the dark. I’d suggest putting a light on the sign so it can be seen at night. Overall, the home was good and I’d stay there again if traveling through that way.

Adam was very easy to get ahold of and his communication was excellent. The property was pretty much spot on from the photos. Very clean. Roomy. Great place to stay for anyone doing anything around Spring River and mammoth springs

Property was very near the Spring River and local restaurants. We were extremely pleased with the size and cleanliness of the house. The check-in and check-out process was simple. We hope to come back in the future.

Great Stay. Plenty of space, clean accommodations, well-located to town and near wedding venue. Comfortable rooms. Nice laundry area and good kitchen space. Only one request: A few coat hangers for the closets :)

It had everything we needed--comfortable beds, great set-up with the TVs, a washer and dryer (we stayed 5 days). The folding table was useful for doing puzzles that we brought, and seated us all for dinner. We appreciated the grill, coffeemaker, and nice decorations also.

Close to everything you need, but the best part is the owners. It was storming the evening we were coming in and they called to check on us and make us aware of the weather. We will be staying here again soon.
