This condominium was just as it appeared on-line. We were very happy with the cleanliness and the amenities . It was the perfect amount of space and the location is very convenient.

Unit is a little dated and needs some basic TLC, but it was a good price last minute for the location and property amenities. Front Door Lock was tricky, but complex is secure and felt safe. Balcony has a great view of the pools, and beach is a short walk. Adagio is great for families with little kids. Beach is kind of small and all the front row chairs were reserved for the whole summer, so we were kind of fighting for a place to play near the water. Overall and easy stay. Would probably pay a little more for a nicer unit next time.

The property was bigger than expected. 3 bedrooms with 4 beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 Full. There was an additional, large storage room converted into a bunkhouse that adds two beds in addition to those listed above, for a total of 6 beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the master bath is large with a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The living room and master have large sliding glass doors with a poolside view. There is a laundry room, mini bar, and wine cooler, though I’m not sure the wine cooler works. Full sized fridge and plenty of dishes. Bring your own cork screw. The Maple Smoke House about a 1/2 mile down the street is great! Also an ice cream shop and a gift shop is in walking distance. The pool and proximity to the beach were the Grand Features! Pool is three tiers and we witnessed it cleaned daily. Residents enjoy two large beach chairs and 1 umbrella that are set up daily by 8a. During our stay, the current was rough and there were jellyfish and stingrays all over the shallow water, so having two pools as backup was perfect. There is a second much smaller pool with a view of the ocean. From 203E, the beach is a 2 minute walk through a breezeway on the other side of the pool. The steps down to the beach are steep and not conducive for mobility limited guests. The beach was clean and mostly quite, not over crowded, even on a long weekend. Would recommend! Great for families with children of any age.

This was a nice condo with everything you need for your trip. The pool is huge and the access to the beach is very nice. The patio and condo are a very good size. Great for a family. The only issue we had was with the TV in the living room.
