Very close to shops, and town centre not far away

It’s located on an industrial estate which isn’t very attractive

The room / appartment is big and wide. The kitchen and bath are luxurious and the kitchen is wonderfully equipped

I did not like the location and the folding sofa is very uncomfortable.

The apartment was great to comw back to and relax. One of us managed to study dueing the moening with no disruption while the others went out. Beds, duves and pillows were very comfortable and the accsess to the hot tubs made our day. The neigbourhood was relativley calm and quiet either due to the neighboehood itself or the sound isolation. We greatly appreciated the lift that is in the building.

There was an old sheet on the aofa bed that looked like it hadnt been cleaned but fortunatley there was extra one in the closet which we just put ober the other one. We could also hear loud steps from the aparment above only in the bedroom. These are obviously just minimal thing but over all it was an amazing stay which made us not want to leave

Comfortable bed and private kitchen with almost everything I needed.

It would have been nice to have some basic spices to use in cooking. I don't want to buy basic things like that for two dinners.

Nice place

We were on 3rd floor. It was very quiet and nice. The property is in within a 15 minute walk from the center - close to local grocery stores, Krónan, Hagkaup and Bónus and the local "shopping mall" Glerártorg. Extremely helpful and resourceful host Einar, who for for example shipped a new TV remote by airplane within the day when the remote broke down. Very clean and newly furnished apartment, great for our family of 4, with kids aged 11 and 14. We did not try the hot tubs. We highly recommend this apartment.

Extremely comfortable bed, the apartment was spotlessly clean equipped with everything you may need for short or long stay. Big, bright and very comfortable flat. Loundry room down the corridor , two hot pots on the side of the building. Great location with Hagkaup and Krònan just around the korner.

We where really happy to stay in this apartment, it's beautiful,comfortable,quiet. We highly recommend it.

Couldn't see marked car parking because of snow.

The pool was nice. The location in a business area made the place very silent during the turn of the year. The apartment was unexpectedly big and well equipped, especially the kitchen. We were lucky with a special offer around 300€ for 3 nights for two persons.

One of two pools did not work (If broken or intentionally turned off because of little guests we do not know). Most of the time we used the pool we were alone. We only twice met other people (two Swiss and another time an Icelandic couple) which was fun to share the pool with. Due to snow, the marking of the parking lot of the apartment was not clearly visible

Nice apartment with a good view :) Has everything can be needed

Bathroom door … Maybe it’s personal, but such type of sliding doors kills the privacy concept. Windows covers were present, but did not completely cover the light from the street.

The Apartment had everything that we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was amazing. There were many appliances so we had no limitations to the food that we can cook. Free parking is also included with the accomodation. It was a huge help as it made everything so much easier when we arrived.

The best location I stayed in during my visit to Iceland. Very nice appartment with everything you need. Clear instructions. Nice rooms, shower and kitchen. Location is good as Akureyri is not that big. You have your own parking spot (number is written on the ground).

Nothing really.

We loved this apartment and were trying to figure out how we could book it for a month or 2 and live here for a bit. What a great place. Everything you need for a comfortable stay of at least 2 nights. Bathroom was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Arnar was very accommodating letting us check in a little early as we had a very long morning drive from the East during a huge storm. Can't say enough good things about this accommodation and location.

Nothing really. I didn't care for leaving Akureyri much.
