My two brothers and I booked a stay in this treehouse. In part the booking error was my fault. I selected 2 when I had 3 quests. I didn’t think anything of it because there were 3 beds shown in the pictures. The host emailed me a couple days before sighting water heater issue and that I was being moved to a bigger house. The listing is misleading because it says sleeps up to 5. If you have 5 adults, this is not happening. You’ll be sharing a bed and one person will be sleeping in a fold out chair. If you are three grown men like me and my brothers, you will not fit in the 2 bed cabin that is claimed to fit 3-5 people. The pictures make the place look much bigger than it actually is. It’s so cramped for 3 people that we decided to just leave and rent another place. Forget about the bathroom door situation. Swinging doors = no privacy. We explained all this to the host and were told that she hoped people would read the description better. This place was incredibly hard to find and the streets are narrow and hard to get down if you have a larger truck. In the pictures it seems more remote than it is. It’s basically shoved in the back with two other cabins while being completely connected to another cabin. This is not an isolated retreat. It’s a cabin on the back of a private property and feels more uptight than relaxing. Ultimately I would not recommend any of these treehouses for 2 or more adult humans. Unless you’re a married couple with a child. Very disappointing!

Loved our stay at the Tree House and time spent exploring Waco, highly recommend the Tree House, we will bring the kids next time for sure

My wife and I stayed in Coach’s cabin for an anniversary weekend. We had a blast. Super clean really nice treehouse.

Safe neighborhood, unique buildings, new and clean, good location to restaurants.

We spent a magical, whimsical 3 nights in the beautiful tree house. Just as pictured, it is very well constructed, beautifully appointed, with every attention to detail, and immaculately Clean! Our hosts were absolutely delightful. They bent over backwards to ensure our comfy stay and amazing accommodations in the tree tops. We are so happy to add yet another, well-deserved 5 star rating!

We loved the secluded nature of the property at tree house. Our main goal for visiting Waco like most is magnolia, which was a quick 12 minute drive. If you are looking to have a unique experience and surprise a special someone with a nice weekend. Look no further.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The small indoor space was laid out very well and was extremely clean. VRBO listing is accurate, there was no surprises. Directions and instructions were very clear and the property was easy to access despite it being tucked away in the back of the neighborhood. If we are ever back in the Waco area and its available, we would stay there again.

This treehouse so cute and fun! It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We came to Waco on a girls trip and there was plenty of room for all four of us. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect getaway. It was a little hard to find, but the host was awesome at making sure we got there and the VRBO description was very detailed. The location was great, and only about 15 minutes outside of downtown Waco.

Tammy was very accommodating and attentive. We are looking forward to our next stay...

Booked Coach’s Quarters to celebrate my hubby’s Bday. Hubby wasn’t to sure at 1st because no outdoor grill for him to grill on, ended up that he really didn’t miss it. Thanks to the great suggestions on places to eat by Gary & Tammy on the chalkboard inside the cabin. The attention to detail and how well everything was thought out design wise made for a wonderful relaxing getaway. It truly felt like we were up high with the trees surrounding us on all sides. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck drinking our coffee and our wine while listening to music, watching the squirrels in the trees, listening to the birds we were even surprised to see some fireflies which we hadn’t seen in years. Darryl enjoyed making friends with the miniature horse though not sure which one he was feeding grapes to. The ramp leading up to the treehouse made a much easier track back and forth from our truck lugging in our gear. This will definitely not be the last time that we come for a stay. If you have a trip planned to the Waco area you most definitely want to book any of the 3 cabins on property.

My husband and I came to Waco for a little anniversary getaway. We loved the tree house! It was very clean and super cute! We enjoyed sitting out back and listening to the birds. It was very peaceful. We hope to come stay again in the future and bring some of our family along!

Loved our stay! Our daughter was so thrilled as we pulled in to see we were staying in a tree house & then there were Mini Ponies too! It was a fantastic surprise for her 😊 House was great, had it all. Our daughter loved the top area & we had the bottom. Patio was great for an afternoon nap. It had all the essentials & was super cozy. Never missed a tv & it was actually quite nice without one just listening to the birds & the wind in the trees. We will be back! Such a great location in Waco as well. Host greeted us as we arrived as he was working on the property, super nice! Otherwise all was handsfree & everything explained in a simple text. LOVED it! ❤️ Thank you for sharing your beautiful tree house with us.

The treehouse was so cute! Me and my fiancé had a great weekend of relaxation. No tvs no phones just nature card games and campfire. The property was beautiful and Tammy was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We loved the treehouse in Waco TX. It was only about 5 miles from the heart of downtown and it was a quiet beautiful setting. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The property is absolutely adorable, even the drive off the main road to the property was beautiful and so much to look at. The creek below the property was flowing nicely and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to the flowing water. Very peaceful.

This was a fun and unique way to get away from the hustle of day to day. The treehouse is cozy with great deck views. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved our stay “in the trees”! The place was spotless, bed was very comfortable, and the property itself was borderline magical. There are ponies on-site for crying out loud! It was a perfect quick getaway for my husband and I to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend and would love to be back again!

Kids immediately ran up and said “oh wow!!! This place is huge!” We all enjoyed the fun experience to stay in a real treehouse :) The Miniature horses entertained our kids daily, we fished the river & enjoyed the campfire at night! Lovely quick trip away from the city!

We enjoyed the privacy and attention to details. Close to Magnolia Market and other downtown fun. Beds were very comfortable and the towels soft and smelled wonderful.

There were five of us and we enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse. Direction were very good. Proximity to city was just right. It was a bit smaller than we expected but we got used to it quickly. Enjoyed the company of the very friendly dog and miniature horses.

The treehouse was cute with really comfortable beds and pillows! A great place for peace and quiet in the trees!

Very cozy place. My kids 10 and 13 loved it. Would definitely book again. Looks like they are adding two more treehouses and would be awesome to book with more Family.

Perfect for relaxation and quite comfortable!! We loved it. Sitting amongst the trees, listening to the birds and having coffee was our favorite.
