Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lot fun spending wu as little time with the family. Since the river wasn’t really flowing we spent the majority of the time at the pool. We had one of if not the biggest pool in the subdivision. Make sure and reserve a golf cart early, we didn’t and regretted. Next time we will.

Only two things that I can complain about, there's two flights of stairs to get to the ground level. It's quite the trip especially back up. The pool was still under construction. They were building the fence around it and they were working and welding and banging while we were there trying to enjoy the patio. Didn't care for that too much. Other than that house is beautiful the beds are comfortable. We had a group of about 30 guys for a dove hunt and there as plenty of room.

The continued maintenance of the pool during our entire stay was inconvenient. Along with the cutting of the water and internet lines in the process of the construction. Management company didtheirbrst but it was still a shadow in our vacation. When we were ready to rebook for next year, we were informed that the owner had booked off our week. After all our inconvenience with the construction of the pool, we won’t even get to enjoy it next year.

Everything else was great. We love the house and can’t wait for pool to be built for next year.
