The studio 32 has been advertised as a “side sea view” when you actually overlook the balcony on the R side then you have the side view of the beach. We have requested to change it but unfortunately they were fully booked. Nice and polite staff, I would just recommend to advise people what the side view from that studio means so people wont be disappointed. But again, staff were very polite and helpful! :-)

Great location seconds from Nea Chora beach, Beach views from the terrace better than expected. Apartment spacious for two people. Kitchen has everything you need to cook yourself. Bed and couch bed comfortable.

The location was really nice and the apartment had a lot of space. The balcony was also very big and with a nice view.

The bathroom was too small and the door was not good. Also the beds were not comfortable.

I rented a car, but it is very difficult to find a safe parking space. Despite the car being parked properly, it was damaged the next day. If you arrive late in the evening, you are looking for a very long time parking and circling .... Even the wifi did not work the best. It would be good to slowly update the furniture in the apartment.

The staff is very gentle and will always be ready for your necessities. The building has been since few time renovated, so it is pretty cozy and functional. I recommend the position, it is only 15-20 minutes far away by feet from the city center (where there are most of the clubs and restaurants), but this will let you to rest in a much more silent area. Moreover, the building has direct access to the beach.

The studio is well enlighted by the sun, but the blinders on the windows were not enough efficient for my tastes (I prefer to sleep with full darkness). The mattresses quality should be improved

Apartment n. 11: very beautiful, modern and furnished with taste, nice balcony with lateral sea view. A special thanks to the nice cleaning lady! The position is great because it is truly 30 meters from the beach! The old Town of Chania is 15 minutes of walk away but you have few steps away all the shops you need.

It is difficult to find a parking in the area. We suggest a renewal of the towels because some of them were obviously washed but dirty from the time.

Property was seconds from the beach and you can literally hear the waves hit the shores. In addition, all the great restaurants, small markets, and bakeries are within 5 mins walk. Old town, Bazaar, and the main shopping strip is around 15 mins walk. This side of Chania is the way to go if you do not like to be dead in the middle of all the noise but not too far where you feel left out. Also, staff will help with all the questions you might have to include last minute taxi rides and rent a cars, very helpful and polite. Can’t beat the price for what you get overall!

Doors were a little thin, but it’s a small property so not like there was a lot of noise. I feel that Greece is in the fancy side of not having solid doors on their bathrooms, but I am married so it wasn’t a big deal lol

Amazing hospitality, Rania went out of her way to help with whatever we needed and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was kept very very clean by Christina and the beds felt like you were sleeping on air.

Area is perfect, everything just a step away from the apartment. Close to the beaches, taxi rank less if 1 min from the apt. Many restaurants. It is just perfect.

Great location by the beach and lovely nearby restaurants on the seafront. A short walk to the beautiful old town of Hania. Quite easy to find a parking space nearby (for free), and easy to explore the west of Crete from here. We were upgraded to a lovely large apartment with a great balcony.

On our last night we had to move from our upgrade room to our booked room, which didn't have the view the advert promised.

The experience was excellent. The apartment was spacious, with a living room with a kitchen counter and a lot of storage space, bathroom next to the hall, then the large bedroom with AC over the bed, big closet with security box and a desk with mirror. The bedroom seems to have only one shared wall with another building so it was very quiet. The balcony had a great view of the sea on the right and mountains on the left. The sun light pops up in the afternoon so it was great for breakfast every morning as it wouldn't get very hot. It was very clean, the daily housekeeping service was great - it felt like an awesome hotel. In accordance with corona measures - cleaning is not done daily - make sure to tell your host if you want this every day (it's free). Location wise, it's literally 10 steps from the beach - it was perfect. 5 more steps from the beach and you are in an area with local restaurants by the sea. We found it to be cleaner, nicer and way less crowded than the central area. Parking was challenging at first as the streets are quite narrow. We ended up parking just 2 minutes away on the main street (it's the street you will probably arrive on when you get off the highway). Being the main street, it was much easier to park and we noticed a supermarket a few minutes away. Overall, it was a super experience. We chose this apartment because we couldn't find a good match for as at a hotel so we split the vacation to 5 nights in this apartment then 2 more nights at a 5 star hotel near Elounda on the other side of the island. Beach tip: Make sure you visit Elafonisi beach - it is the most incredible place we have seen so far - make sure you get there before 11 to get chairs and an umbrela - it is busy every single day. The hotel was ok but if we could choose again - we would spend the last 2 nights in the Maria apartment and explore more of Chania.

This is NOT a complaint, just FYI to future travellers: There is no private parking - you can park on the street with the building but it seemed a bit challenging - there is a photo which shows that there is a parking area with a barrier - that's actually from the nearby hotel - but again, don't worry - park on the main street - it's free and just 2 extra minutes away plus way easier to park. Make sure to tell your host if you want daily cleaning - we missed this bit of info and were expecting to have the towels replaced - a quick whatsapp message got this resolved fast.

First time in Crete, we had an amazing experience thanks to an amazing and caring staff. The location is wonderful, the room is great, the kitchen that was important to are stay was neat and comfortable.
